轮胎式起重机自由落钩结构动态特性研究

【摘要】:港口轮胎式起重机作业时,为了提高装卸速度,通过外涨带和货物重力控制货物下降速度,即自由落钩,这会使货物下降速度在很短的时间内速度迅速增大,大大提高了货物的装卸速度。由于货物具有较大的惯性,这时进行自由落钩制动产生的加速度,很可能对整机金属结构及整机稳定性产生致命的影响,在实际生产过程中也出现过自由落钩制动过程中整机倾覆的案例。 本文充分考虑自由落钩的影响,从理论上分析并得出自由落钩过程各个阶段响应,并对结果进行分析,得出较成熟的理论,为轮胎式起重机的动态特性研究做出一些有益的探索。论文的主要工作包括以下几个方面: (1)运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对选定轮胎式起重机金属结构进行实体建模,并对其模型进行静力学分析。 (2)详细分析轮胎式起重机自由落钩过程,将自由落钩过程分为两个阶段。运用少自由度模型法,对实际系统结构进行合理的简化,建立少自由度,自由落钩系统的动力学模型。充分考虑金属结构的强度、刚度和稳定性,选取合适的控制条件,并通过实例求解,求得在动态激励下各阶段臂架及货物位移及速度响应曲线。 (3)分析自由落钩过程对钢丝绳动张力的影响,通过特例求解,得出在自由落钩过程中钢丝绳动张力的变化情况。讨论变幅度、变臂长对自由落钩动态特性的影响。通过分析18m臂各幅度和臂架仰角50°时各臂长自由落钩动态特性的分析比较,得出钢丝绳动张力的变化规律。 (4)详细分析自由落钩过程对起重机整机稳定性的影响。通过对特定臂长和幅度自由落钩的分析,找出自由落钩对起重机抗倾覆稳定性的影响。针对港口轮胎式起重机起重能力特点,分析了变幅度、变臂长自由落钩时对起重机抗倾覆稳定性的影响,从中找出变化规律,为起重机自由落钩控制提出建议。
[Abstract]:In order to increase the loading and unloading speed of the port tyre crane, the drop speed of the cargo is controlled by the outer belt and the cargo gravity, that is, the free hook, which will make the drop speed of the cargo increase rapidly in a very short time. The loading and unloading speed of cargo has been greatly improved. Due to the greater inertia of the goods, the acceleration caused by the free hook braking is likely to have a fatal effect on the metal structure and stability of the whole machine. In the actual production process, there have been cases of the whole machine overturning in the process of free hook braking. In this paper, the effect of free hook is fully considered, and the response of each stage of free hook is theoretically analyzed, and the results are analyzed, and a more mature theory is obtained. Some useful exploration is made for the study of the dynamic characteristics of the tire crane. The main work of the thesis includes the following aspects: 1) the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to model the metal structure of the selected tire crane, and the static analysis of the model is carried out. 2) the free hook process of tire crane is analyzed in detail, and the free hook process is divided into two stages. By using the model method of less degree of freedom, the structure of the actual system is reasonably simplified, and the dynamic model of the system with less degree of freedom and free hook is established. Considering the strength, stiffness and stability of the metal structure, the appropriate control conditions are selected, and the response curves of the boom and cargo displacement and velocity in each stage under dynamic excitation are obtained by an example. 3) the influence of the free hook process on the dynamic tension of wire rope is analyzed, and the change of the dynamic tension of wire rope during the process of free falling hook is obtained by solving the special case. The effects of varying amplitude and arm length on the dynamic characteristics of the free hook are discussed. Through the analysis and comparison of the dynamic characteristics of each arm length free fall hook when the amplitude of 18m arm and the angle of elevation of arm are 50 掳, the variation law of dynamic tension of wire rope is obtained. 4) the influence of the free hook process on the stability of the crane is analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis of the specific arm length and amplitude of the free hook, the influence of the free hook on the anti-overturning stability of the crane is found out. According to the characteristics of hoisting capacity of port tire crane, the influence of varying amplitude and length of arm on the stability of crane against overturning is analyzed, and the variation law is found out, and some suggestions are put forward for the control of crane free hook.
