基于SolidWorks的阀门设计平台研究

【摘要】:参数化设计过程是指从功能分析到创建参数化模型的整个过程。参数化设计方法作为一种全新的设计方法现在已广泛被工业界所采用。它所具有的高效性、实用性等特点使其成为设计工作的发展方向。蝶阀产品绝大多数为定型产品,这些产品的系列化、通用化和标准化程度很高,这就为蝶阀产品的参数化设计提供了可靠的依据。同时随着国外成熟三维CAD软件在产品开发和设计领域的普及,其输出二维工程图模块一直是它的软肋。针对以上情况,本文基于SolidWorks对阀门的参数化设计及工程图标准化处理进行了研究,旨在提高我国的阀门自动化设计水平,推广现代CAD技术的应用。 本文的主要内容有:第一,以Solidworks API函数及Visual Basic高级语言为工具,以动态链接库的形式,对Solidworks进仃二次开发。建立了两类常用蝶阀模型库,开发了蝶阀参数化建模程序,并在程序中集成了参数数据库,最后把程序封装生成*.dll动态链接库。第二,依照国标对Solidworks工程图标准化方法进行了研究。详细论述了与Solidworks输出工程图有关的系统选项和文件属性设置及模型规范化处理方法。定制了各种图号的标准图纸格式、工程图模板及材料明细表,在模板中应用了文件自定义属性链接功能,保证了模型信息自动读入时的准确性和唯一性。总结了Solidworks绘制工程图的技巧,把一些常用公差、尺寸添加为常用类型,把技术要求、标题栏制作成块,提高了工程图的出图效率。最后结合蝶阀参数化建模程序自动生成符合国标的工程图。第三,为了检验所设计产品的性能可靠性,本文利用ANSYS对蝶板标准模型进行了有限元强度和刚度分析,控制蝶板的最大变形量和最大等效应力在许用范围内保证了蝶阀的密封性能。此外还对三偏心蝶阀结构进行了一定的理论研究,分析了三偏心蝶阀的密封原理,推导了蝶板截面轮廓方程,为参数化设计提供了一定的理论依据。 本文针对蝶阀开发的参数化设计系统对提高我国阀门设计水平有一定的现实意义,对三偏心蝶阀在我国的研究发展也起到了一定的推进作用。建立了工程图所需的各种标准模板,利用SolidWorks输出符合国标的工程图提高了Solidworks软件的自动化程度,有效的提高了企业的生产效率。
[Abstract]:The parameterized design process refers to the whole process from function analysis to the creation of parameterized model. Parametric design method as a new design method has been widely used in industry. Because of its high efficiency and practicability, it becomes the development direction of design work. Most butterfly valve products are stereotyped products, and the serialization, generalization and standardization of these products are very high, which provides a reliable basis for the parametric design of butterfly valve products. At the same time, with the popularity of foreign mature 3D CAD software in the field of product development and design, its output two-dimensional engineering drawing module has always been its weakness. In view of the above situation, this paper studies the parameterized design of valves and the standardization of engineering drawings based on SolidWorks, aiming at improving the level of automatic design of valves in China and popularizing the application of modern CAD technology. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, with Solidworks API function and Visual Basic language as the tool, Solidworks is developed in the form of dynamic link library. Two kinds of commonly used butterfly valve model library are established, and the parameterized modeling program of butterfly valve is developed, and the parameter database is integrated in the program. Finally, the program is encapsulated to generate dynamic link library (DLL). Secondly, the standardization method of Solidworks engineering drawing is studied according to national standard. The system option, file attribute setting and model normalization method related to Solidworks output engineering drawing are discussed in detail. The standard drawing format of various drawing numbers, the engineering drawing template and the material list are customized, and the function of custom attribute link is applied in the template, which ensures the accuracy and uniqueness of the model information when it is read in automatically. The techniques of drawing engineering drawings by Solidworks are summarized. Some common tolerances and dimensions are added as common types, and the technical requirements and title bars are made into blocks. The efficiency of drawing drawing is improved. Finally, the parametric modeling program of butterfly valve is used to automatically generate the engineering drawing in accordance with the national standard. Thirdly, in order to verify the reliability of the designed products, the finite element strength and stiffness analysis of the butterfly plate standard model is carried out by using ANSYS. The sealing performance of butterfly valve is ensured by controlling the maximum deformation and maximum equivalent stress of the butterfly plate in the allowable range. In addition, the structure of three-eccentricity butterfly valve is studied theoretically, the sealing principle of three-eccentric butterfly valve is analyzed, and the section profile equation of butterfly plate is deduced, which provides a certain theoretical basis for parameterized design. In this paper, the parametric design system for butterfly valve development has certain practical significance to improve the level of valve design in China, and has also played a certain role in promoting the research and development of three-eccentric butterfly valve in China. All kinds of standard templates for engineering drawings are established, and the automation degree of Solidworks software is improved by using SolidWorks to output engineering drawings in accordance with national standard, and the production efficiency of enterprises is improved effectively.
