镶嵌式机械密封环在制造和装配中的变形分析及对策研究

【摘要】:机械密封在化工设备中是一种常见的密封装置,随着工业水平的高速发展,它的作用也越来越大。因为机械密封对整个装置起到关键的作用,所以针对机械密封的研究也格外的关键。随着机械密封研究的深入,有几个问题也渐渐的凸显出来,本文主要研究的就是其中的一个问题,镶嵌式机械密封环在制造过程或装配过程中产生的变形因素分析,看对密封性能的影响,并提出对策。 本文主要是通过实验和模拟的方法研究镶嵌式机械密封环的变形问题,内容分为三个部分:第一,采用ANSYS软件对典型镶嵌密封环进行整体应力分布模拟及变形和应力变化的研究;以试验的方法分析不同镶嵌方式对机械密封端面变形的影响,并对密封性能进行验证;第二,针对加工过程中密封环刚性不足产生的夹紧力变形,重新设计夹具改变夹紧力方向,进行加工工艺改进;第三,针对镶嵌式密封环安装过程中螺栓预紧力对密封环变形的影响进行分析,并对不同装配条件下机械密封性能进行运转验证试验。 本文主要是通过上述几个方面的深入研究,找出机械密封端面变形问题,可以提出提高机械密封性能的方法,以此指导工程实践应用。
[Abstract]:Mechanical seal is a common sealing device in chemical equipment. With the rapid development of industrial level, its function is becoming more and more important. Because mechanical seal plays a key role in the whole device, so the research of mechanical seal is especially key. With the development of mechanical seal research, several problems have been gradually highlighted. In this paper, one of the main problems is the analysis of deformation factors in the manufacturing process or assembly process of the inlaid mechanical seal ring. Look at the effect on sealing performance, and put forward countermeasures. In this paper, the deformation problem of inlaid mechanical seal ring is studied by means of experiment and simulation. The content is divided into three parts: first, The integral stress distribution and deformation and stress change of typical inlaid seal rings are simulated by ANSYS software. The effects of different inlay modes on the face deformation of mechanical seals are analyzed by means of experimental method, and the seal performance is verified. In view of the clamping force deformation caused by the insufficient rigidity of the seal ring during the machining process, the redesigned fixture changes the direction of the clamping force and improves the processing technology. This paper analyzes the effect of bolt pretightening force on the deformation of the sealing ring during the installation of the inlaid seal ring, and carries out the operation verification test on the mechanical seal performance under different assembly conditions. In this paper, the deformation problem of the end face of mechanical seal can be found out through the deep research of the above several aspects, and the method of improving the performance of mechanical seal can be put forward to guide the engineering practice and application.
