液力变矩器内孔装配尺寸测量装置的研究

【摘要】:液力变矩器与发动机作为工程机械动力传动系统的核心零部件,,它们之间的装配质量直接影响着动力传动系统的性能。由于液力变矩器与发动机的装配质量取决于液力变矩器内孔装配尺寸的测量准确度,因此,该关键尺寸的测量尤为重要。 目前,液力变矩器内孔装配尺寸的主要测量方法是使用深度尺进行人工手动测量,该测量方法忽略了液力变矩器内孔装配累积误差,导致装配尺寸测量不准确,最终影响了液力变矩器与发动机的装配精度。针对目前液力变矩器内孔装配尺寸测量存在的问题以及制造商的实用需求,本课题以国家质检总局科技计划项目“液力变矩器内孔装配尺寸测量装置的研发”为背景,设计并研制了一种液力变矩器内孔装配尺寸测量装置。 本文对该关键装配尺寸作了尺寸链计算,并且分析了液力变矩器内部的装配累积误差,为新的测量装置的设计提供了理论依据。我们设计了一种通过施加压力消除液力变矩器内孔装配累积误差,同时间接测量出该装配尺寸的测量装置。该测量装置采用了伺服控制技术、液压传动技术、激光传感技术和数据采集与处理等信息化管理技术。 测量装置采用伺服电机和滚珠丝杠驱动实现待测工件的精确定位,采用液压系统对待测工件施加压力以减小其内部装配累积误差,采用激光位移传感器进行精确测量。上位机测量软件采用C++语言编写,主要有数据读取、数据分析、匹配处理、打印报表等功能,与下位机采用RS232串口进行通信。 文章最后对测量装置的可靠性进行了分析和预计;对测量装置的测量误差因素进行分析;通过测量实验验证测量装置的可靠性并与传统测量方法作比较。
[Abstract]:As the core parts of power transmission system of construction machinery, the assembly quality between hydraulic torque converter and engine directly affects the performance of power transmission system. Because the assembly quality of hydraulic torque converter and engine depends on the measurement accuracy of the assembly size of the inner hole of the hydraulic torque converter, the measurement of the key dimension is particularly important. At present, the main measuring method of the assembly size of the inner hole of hydraulic torque converter is manual manual measurement with depth ruler, which neglects the accumulative error of assembly of the inner hole of hydraulic torque converter, resulting in the inaccurate measurement of assembly size. Finally, the assembly accuracy of torque converter and engine is affected. In view of the problems existing in the measurement of the internal hole size of hydraulic torque converter and the practical requirements of the manufacturer at present, this subject is based on the scientific and technological project of the State Administration of quality Supervision and Inspection, "the Research and Development of the measuring device for the Assembly size of the Inner Hole of the hydraulic torque Converter". A device for measuring the assembly size of the inner hole of hydraulic torque converter is designed and developed. In this paper, the dimension chain of the key assembly is calculated, and the accumulative errors in the assembly of the torque converter are analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the new measuring device. A measuring device is designed to eliminate the accumulative errors in the assembly of the inner hole of hydraulic torque converter by applying pressure, and indirectly measure the assembly size. Servo control technology, hydraulic transmission technology, laser sensing technology and data acquisition and processing are used in the measuring device. The measuring device uses servo motor and ball screw drive to realize the precise positioning of the workpiece to be tested. The hydraulic system is used to apply pressure to the workpiece to reduce the accumulative error of the internal assembly. The laser displacement sensor is used to accurately measure the workpiece. The measuring software of upper computer is written in C language, which has the functions of data reading, data analysis, matching and processing, printing report forms and so on, and communicates with the lower computer with RS232 serial port. Finally, the reliability of the measuring device is analyzed and predicted, the error factors of the measuring device are analyzed, and the reliability of the measuring device is verified by the measurement experiment and compared with the traditional measurement method.
