面向轮胎模具钢花纹圈加工的柔性流水车间调度研究

【摘要】:轮胎模具生产水平的高低,已经成为影响国家轮胎制造、汽车制造和交通运输等行业制造水平高低的主要因素。轮胎模具生产过程具有非重复性的特点,导致任务工时具有较强的不确定性,这也正是轮胎模具企业制定有序、协调、可控和高效执行的车间作业计划的直接瓶颈。传统的车间作业调度都假定任务具有明确、固定工时,所形成的调度方案在现场执行过程中的指导性偏差较大,导致生产计划和调度的失效,无法完成生产任务,交货期难于保证,拖期现象严重,企业的商誉和经济效益受到影响,使得国内大多数轮胎模具企业缺乏国际市场竞争力。钢花纹圈为轮胎模具的主要部件,由钢花纹圈关键工序工时不确定而导致的生产调度混乱是制约轮胎模具制造企业发展的一个严重的问题。为此,本文研究工时不确定的钢花纹圈加工车间调度问题。 本文针对钢花纹圈关键工序工时不确定而导致的生产计划和调度的失效,模具交货期无法保证这一实际问题。首先,对轮胎模具产品不确定工时进行分析,通过对实际轮胎模具企业钢花纹圈关键工序历史工时数据的定量分析,建立与之相对的不确定工时数学模型。然后,介绍柔性流水车间调度问题并深入分析钢花纹圈加工过程,建立不确定工时钢花纹圈加工的柔性流水车间调度优化模型;针对建立的不确定工时钢花纹圈加工的柔性流水车间调度模型,分别利用遗传算法与混合遗传模拟退火算法设计了两种不同的求解算法,通过算例的求解分析,验证了混合遗传模拟退火算法在求解不确定工时钢花纹圈加工的柔性流水车间调度问题方面的优越性。最后,开发一个不确定工时钢花纹圈加工的柔性流水车间调度系统仿真试验平台,详细介绍了系统的目标、系统的思想、系统的功能结构、系统的数据库设计与软件设计。 本文的研究工作有助于弱化不确定工时对轮胎模具钢花纹圈加工调度的影响,缓解轮胎模具制造周期过长、交货期延期等难题。
[Abstract]:The production level of tire mould has become the main factor that affects the manufacturing level of tire manufacturing, automobile manufacturing and transportation industry. The process of tire mold production has the characteristics of non-repeatability, which leads to the uncertainty of working hours, which is the direct bottleneck for the tire mould enterprises to formulate orderly, coordinated, controllable and efficient implementation of workshop job plan. The traditional job shop scheduling assumes that the task is clear and fixed, the resulting scheduling scheme has a large guiding deviation in the field execution process, which leads to the failure of production planning and scheduling, and the inability to complete the production task. The delivery time is difficult to guarantee, the delay period is serious, and the goodwill and economic benefit of the enterprise are affected, which makes most domestic tire mould enterprises lack the international market competitiveness. Steel pattern ring is the main component of tire mould. The confusion of production scheduling caused by uncertain working hours of steel pattern ring is a serious problem that restricts the development of tire mould manufacturing enterprise. Therefore, in this paper, the scheduling problem of steel pattern ring machining workshop with uncertain working hours is studied. In this paper, due to the failure of production planning and scheduling caused by uncertain working hours in key working procedures of steel pattern rings, the delivery time of dies cannot be guaranteed. Firstly, the uncertain working hours of tire die products are analyzed, and the relative mathematical model of uncertain working hours is established through the quantitative analysis of the historical man-hour data of the key processes of steel pattern rings in the actual tire mould enterprises. Then, the scheduling problem of flexible flow shop is introduced, and the machining process of steel pattern ring is deeply analyzed, and the optimal scheduling model of flexible flow shop is established for uncertain working hours. Aiming at the flexible flow shop scheduling model for uncertain man-hour steel pattern circle machining, two different algorithms are designed by using genetic algorithm and hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm. The superiority of hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm in solving flexible flow-shop scheduling problem with uncertain man-hour steel pattern ring machining is verified. Finally, a simulation test platform of flexible flow-shop scheduling system with uncertain man-hour steel pattern is developed. The system objectives, system ideas, system function structure, database design and software design of the system are introduced in detail. The research work in this paper is helpful to weaken the influence of uncertain working hours on the processing scheduling of tire mould steel pattern ring, and to alleviate the problems of long manufacturing cycle and delay of delivery time of tire mould.
