【摘要】:现代企业生产中,特别是制造业企业,面临着巨大的市场竞争压力,迫使企业加大步伐改进生产和管理模式,将科学、先进的方法和手段应用到生产过程中,提高企业的经济效益,从而使得企业立于不败之地。如今,生产调度已经成为提升企业竞争力的一个重要战略。 每个企业都有自己的特点,其车间生产调度问题也都有自己的特性,不同的企业采用的生产调度方法可能不一样。本文研究了浙江伟星金属制品公司的生产车间调度问题,根据企业的实际情况,从理论和实践上解决生产调度问题。该企业在生产过程中,只有一个宏观上的ERP系统,生产调度在车间生产管理中没有很好的进行,对于具体的车间调度未采用合理的生产调度方法,都是通过人工干预来完成调度,因此,生产效率较低下,生产成本较高,有时候发生客户订单与实际生产不一致的事件。 针对上述问题,通过对该企业实际生产流程及产品加工工序进行分析,车间生产调度属于混合流水车间调度问题。本文首先对车间生产调度系统进行需求分析和总体结构设计,然后进行遗传算法设计,并以实际数据进行了仿真,对仿真结果进行分析,取得满意的效果,最后利用开发工具对本调度系统进行了实现,通过测试,本调度系统使企业生产调度中达到节约生产成本、提高企业效益的目的。
[Abstract]:In the production of modern enterprises, especially the manufacturing enterprises, they are faced with enormous market competition pressure, which forces them to step up their steps to improve their production and management models, and apply scientific and advanced methods and means to the production process. Improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise, so that the enterprise in an invincible position. Today, production scheduling has become an important strategy to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Each enterprise has its own characteristics and its shop scheduling problem has its own characteristics. Different enterprises may adopt different production scheduling methods. In this paper, the production shop scheduling problem of Zhejiang Weixing Metal products Company is studied. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, the production scheduling problem is solved theoretically and practically. In the process of production, there is only one macro ERP system, the production scheduling is not well carried out in the workshop production management, and the reasonable production scheduling method has not been adopted for the specific job shop scheduling. The scheduling is accomplished by manual intervention, so the production efficiency is low, the production cost is high, and sometimes the customer order does not coincide with the actual production. In view of the above problems, through the analysis of the actual production process and the product processing procedure of the enterprise, the workshop production scheduling belongs to the mixed flow shop scheduling problem. In this paper, the requirement analysis and overall structure design of the job shop scheduling system are carried out, and then the genetic algorithm is designed, and the simulation is carried out with the actual data. The simulation results are analyzed and satisfactory results are obtained. Finally, the scheduling system is realized by using the development tools. Through testing, the scheduling system can save the production cost and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
