面向工程机械行业项目管理系统的研究与实现

【摘要】：随着计算机、通信和网络技术的飞速发展，信息化技术得到了快速的发展，并在企业中的得到了广泛应用。工程机械企业中的主要业务活动是以产品开发过程为主线，以项目为单位进行组织和管理的，项目管理的范围贯穿了从需求分析、项目立项、产品设计、生产销售等整个过程。越来越多的企业也认识到项目管理对企业经营的重要性，，纷纷对企业的业务流程进行梳理，选择实施适合自身的项目管理系统。针对不同的行业，项目的特点与管理需求是不同的，本文的主要内容是围绕面向工程机械行业的项目管理系统展开的，所做的主要工作如下：首先，分析了项目管理系统在国内外的研究现状，讨论了目前研究对于工程机械行的项目管理所存在的不足，并对工程机械行业广泛使用的PDM和ERP系统以及支持企业业务过程完全或部分自动化的工作流技术进行探讨。其次，以某工程机械行业为例，分析了其企业信息化建设基础和项目管理流程及存在的问题和需求，在此基础之上对项目管理系统进行了总体设计。再次，针对采用基于工作流来实现项目执行过程管理和项目监控无法满足工程机械行业项目管理需要的现状，通过对任务生命周期、项目计划制定模型的研究，提出了满足其需求的项目管理模型。最后，根据系统的总体设计和项目管理模型，开发实施了针对工程机械行业的项目管理系统。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer, communication and network technology, information technology has been rapidly developed and widely used in enterprises. The main business activities in construction machinery enterprises are organized and managed with the product development process as the main line and the project as the unit. The scope of project management runs through the whole process of demand analysis, project establishment, product design, production and sales, etc. More and more enterprises also realize the importance of project management to the management of enterprises. They sort out the business process and choose to implement the project management system which is suitable for them. According to different industries, the characteristics and management requirements of the project are different. The main content of this paper is focused on the construction machinery industry oriented project management system, the main work done is as follows: First of all, it analyzes the research status of the project management system at home and abroad, and discusses the shortcomings of the current research on the project management of the construction machinery line. The PDM and ERP systems which are widely used in the construction machinery industry and the workflow technology supporting the complete or partial automation of enterprise business processes are also discussed. Secondly, taking a construction machinery industry as an example, this paper analyzes the foundation of enterprise information construction, project management process, existing problems and requirements, and then designs the overall project management system. Thirdly, in view of the fact that the workflow based project execution process management and project monitoring can not meet the project management needs of construction machinery industry, through the task life cycle, project planning model research, A project management model is proposed to meet its requirements. Finally, according to the overall design of the system and the project management model, a project management system for the construction machinery industry is developed and implemented.
