基于PLC控制的化油器自动化生产线研究

【摘要】:本课题来源于某化油器生产线的改造项目。原生产线的加工工艺和控制系统落后,已不能适应企业的发展要求。为了提高生产效率和加工质量,设计和开发了基于PLC控制的化油器自动化生产线。 首先,分析生产线的加工工艺流程,确定生产线的总体设计思路;结合精益生产的设计思想,设计了能实现快速换模的工件定位板;然后,提出PLC控制系统总体设计的要求、步骤和基本结构。 PLC控制系统的设计主要包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分;硬件设计主要有控制系统电路的设计、电器元件的选型、PLC的选型以及PLC输入/输出模块的设计。其中,控制系统选用性能优良的三菱FX系列PLC作为控制器,保证了系统的稳定性和扩展性。软件设计部分是PLC控制系统设计的核心,PLC程序的总体结构采用模块化设计和跳转设计;模块化设计使各程序模块的功能相对对立,结构清晰,而跳转设计可实现各程序模块之间的有选择地执行。各单元的自动控制程序采用顺序控制设计法,程序简洁易懂,提高了程序的设计效率。以上的程序设计方法都增强了程序的可读性和可维护性,便于进行再次的修改升级。 最后,本控制系统组装、调试成功后投入使用。生产实践证明,该控制系统运行效果良好,使生产效率和加工质量都得到大幅度提高。
[Abstract]:This subject comes from the revamping project of a carburetor production line. The processing technology and control system of the original production line are backward and can not meet the development requirements of the enterprise. In order to improve production efficiency and processing quality, a carburetor automation production line based on PLC control was designed and developed. First of all, the processing process of the production line is analyzed, and the overall design idea of the production line is determined. In combination with the design idea of lean production, a workpiece positioning board is designed to realize rapid die changing. Then, the requirements of the overall design of the PLC control system are put forward. Steps and basic structure. The design of PLC control system mainly includes two parts: hardware design and software design. The hardware design mainly includes the design of control system circuit, the selection of electrical components and the design of PLC input / output module. In the control system, Mitsubishi FX series PLC is chosen as the controller, which ensures the stability and expansibility of the system. The software design part is the core of PLC control system design, which adopts modularization design and jump design, which makes the function of each program module relatively opposite, and the structure is clear. The jump design can realize the selective execution among the program modules. The automatic control program of each unit adopts sequential control design method, which is simple and easy to understand, and improves the efficiency of program design. The above program design methods enhance the readability and maintainability of the program, so it is easy to modify and upgrade again. Finally, the control system is assembled and successfully debugged and put into use. The production practice shows that the control system works well and the production efficiency and processing quality are greatly improved.
