突变理论及其在机械工程领域的应用探讨

【摘要】:突变理论作为专门解释不连贯现象的理论,在自然科学、机械工程以及安全工程中有着极为广泛的应用,主要用于研究分析自然科学领域出现的各种突变现象。本文在研究中,首先对突变理论进行概述,包括分析其产生的由来、基本原理理论以及突变理论的基本特点。其次,简单介绍了突变理论从产生到逐步发展完善的过程,最后主要阐述了突变理论在机械工程领域中的具体应用,包括在转子震动状态分析中、摩擦磨损失效分析中的应用,以此来为突变理论在机械工程等领域中开拓更广阔的应用范围做出贡献。
[Abstract]:As a special theory to explain discontinuity, catastrophe theory has been widely used in natural science, mechanical engineering and safety engineering. It is mainly used to study and analyze all kinds of abrupt phenomena in natural science. In this paper, first of all, the catastrophe theory is summarized, including the origin of the theory, the basic principle theory and the basic characteristics of the catastrophe theory. Secondly, the paper briefly introduces the process of catastrophe theory from production to gradual development. At last, it mainly expounds the specific application of catastrophe theory in mechanical engineering field, including the application of friction and wear failure analysis in rotor vibration state analysis. In order to contribute to the catastrophe theory in mechanical engineering and other fields to open up a broader range of applications.
