高弹性联轴器橡胶弹性元件温度场研究

【摘要】:高弹性联轴器是一种常见的轴系连接部件,具有较好的阻尼性能、位移补偿性能等等,在船舶制造等领域得到了广泛应用。而高弹性联轴器中的橡胶弹性元件作为高弹的重要元件,其性能对于整个联轴器的运行有很大的影响。 目前国内外对于橡胶弹性元件的发展更多地集中在了其传扭能力和转速限制上而对于其热学性能则依旧有较大的研究空间。基于此本文主要探讨了在给定工况下高弹性联轴器橡胶弹性元件的传热与温度场分布。 通过等强度理论,本文提出了一种对与橡胶元件在工作中生热方式的简化模型,同时通过对于现有的传热学理论的学习,编写了包括热传导、对流散热、热辐射在内的较完整的数学模型以及建立了相应的有限元模型,并通过有限元仿真与台架试验,验证了该生热简化模型与传热数学模型能够对橡胶元件的生热与传热状态进行比较好的模拟。 本文利用711所的大型台架试验设备,设计实施了对目标联轴器橡胶弹性元件的试验,在给定工况下,,通过红外与热电偶,对LS2110型高弹性联轴器的橡胶元件进行了表面与内部温度测量,得到了一套较好的温度分布数据,并将该工况下有限元仿真模型所得到的温度分布云图与试验所得的测量数据进行了比较,其误差在10%以内,证明仿真获得了较好的结果。 在仿真模型的可靠性获得验证后,本文利用该模型对现有的橡胶件进行了一些结构优化,并总结了具有规律性的结构优化方法。
[Abstract]:High elastic coupling is a kind of common shafting connecting parts with good damping performance, displacement compensation performance and so on. It has been widely used in shipbuilding and other fields. As an important element of high elasticity, the performance of rubber elastic element in high elastic coupling has great influence on the operation of the whole coupling. At present, the development of rubber elastic elements is more focused on the torsion transfer ability and speed limit, but there is still more research space for the thermal properties of rubber elastic elements. Based on this, the heat transfer and temperature field distribution of rubber elastic elements of high elastic coupling under given working conditions are discussed. Based on the theory of equal strength, this paper presents a simplified model of heat generation in the work with rubber elements. Through the study of the existing heat transfer theory, the author has compiled the models including heat conduction, convection and heat dissipation. The complete mathematical model including thermal radiation and the corresponding finite element model are established, and the finite element simulation and bench test are carried out. It is verified that the simplified heat generation model and the mathematical model of heat transfer can be used to simulate the heat generation and heat transfer of rubber elements. In this paper, the rubber elastic element of the target coupling is designed and implemented by using the large scale bench test equipment of 711 institute. Under the given working condition, infrared and thermocouple are adopted. The surface and internal temperature of rubber elements of LS2110 type high elastic coupling were measured and a set of better temperature distribution data was obtained. The temperature distribution cloud diagram obtained by the finite element simulation model under this working condition is compared with the measured data, and the error is less than 10%, which proves that the simulation has good results. After the reliability of the simulation model is verified, this paper uses the model to optimize the structure of the existing rubber parts, and summarizes the regular structural optimization methods.
