重卡驱动桥壳与减速器壳联接螺纹防松试验研究

【摘要】:驱动桥桥壳与减速器壳联接面漏油已成为重卡行业普遍存在的一项失效模式。分析其原因一般包括联接面平面度精度较低、桥壳承载后受力变形严重、螺栓联接松动、密封胶涂覆断层等,而其中尤以螺栓联接松动为主。此处螺栓松动、失效,往往导致很严重的后果,一般出现大法兰处漏油,,严重的导致减速器齿轮损坏整车无法运行,所以此处螺纹防松性能的优劣非常重要。 因此,本文从螺纹防松角度出发,用施必牢楔形螺纹联接代替原来的普通螺纹,并采用了桥壳疲劳试验机对其防松性能进行试验验证的方法。本文主要研究内容包括:螺纹联接的紧固件受力分析,防松自锁原理和松动机理,以及对预紧力的控制方法的深入研究。通过对优化后的施必牢螺纹组合进行试验,对数据分析,得出最优组合和如何控制拧紧力矩才能到达最佳防松效果。试验结果证明,施必牢螺纹配合普通螺栓的联接防松效果较普通的螺纹联接有明显提高。 通过本文的研究,找到了一种理论上可行的能够明显改善重卡驱动桥壳处漏油的螺纹联接方法,使实际装配过程和车辆维修使用中,螺栓的防松更加实用,简洁,同时降低企业成本。此外本文的试验方法和结论,对提高汽车关键部位的螺纹联接可靠性,改善我国重卡行业漏油的现状有很大帮助。
[Abstract]:The leakage of the connection surface between the drive axle housing and the reducer housing has become a common failure mode in heavy truck industry. The reasons include the low accuracy of plane degree of the connection surface, the serious deformation of the axle shell after bearing, the loosening of the bolt connection and the sealant coating fault, and especially the loosening of the bolt connection. The loosening and failure of the bolts here often lead to very serious consequences. There is usually a large flange leak which seriously causes the gear damage of the reducer to fail to run the whole vehicle. So the advantages and disadvantages of the thread anti-loosening performance here are very important. Therefore, in this paper, from the point of view of thread anti-loosening, the original common thread is replaced by Sibir wedge thread connection, and the method of testing and verifying the anti-loosening performance of the bridge shell fatigue testing machine is adopted. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the mechanical analysis of threaded fastener, the principle of anti-loosening self-locking and the mechanism of loosening, as well as the deep research on the control method of pretightening force. Based on the experiment of the optimized screw thread combination and the analysis of the data, the optimal combination and how to control the tightening torque are obtained to achieve the best anti-loosening effect. The test results show that the anti-loosening effect of the joint with the common bolt is better than that of the common thread joint. Through the research in this paper, a thread connection method which can obviously improve the leakage of the casing of the heavy truck drive axle is found, which makes the bolt anti-loosening more practical and concise in the actual assembly process and vehicle maintenance. At the same time, reduce the cost of enterprises. In addition, the test methods and conclusions in this paper are of great help to improve the reliability of thread connection in the key parts of automobile and to improve the present situation of oil leakage in heavy truck industry in China.
