高职机械制造专业服务于区域制造产业的实践探索

【摘要】：国内多数高职还不能真正与企业实现产教结合、互利共赢,专业服务产业能力不强。借鉴先进经验,通过政府引导,建立相关机制,实现校企深度合作,提升专业服务产业发展的能力,是深化高职教育教学改革的重要课题。东莞制造业发达,处于转型升级关键时期,急需高校提供技术服务和技术技能人才。从"技术技能人才培养"和"产学研结合"两个维度探索高职机械制造专业建设思路和具体措施,对服务区域制造产业升级和可持续发展意义重大。
[Abstract]:Most of the domestic higher vocational colleges can not realize the integration of industry and education with enterprises, mutual benefit and mutual benefit, and the ability of professional service industry is not strong. It is an important task to deepen the reform of higher vocational education and teaching to draw lessons from advanced experience, establish relevant mechanism, realize deep cooperation between school and enterprise, and promote the ability of professional service industry development. Dongguan has developed manufacturing industry and is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading. It is in urgent need of technical services and technical talents from colleges and universities. It is of great significance for the upgrading and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry in service regions to explore the train of thought and concrete measures for the construction of machinery manufacturing specialty in higher vocational colleges from the two dimensions of "training of technical skills talents" and "combination of production, teaching and research".
