基于外圈廓形的轴承旋转精度计算及统计分析

【摘要】:滚动轴承的旋转精度是表征滚动轴承性能的一个主要指标,对设备轴系的回转性能起着至关重要的作用。研究滚动轴承旋转精度的预测理论,是一个新的课题,对设计和开发高精度滚动轴承具有指导意义。 本文运用编程仿真和数理统计的方法预测圆柱滚子轴承的旋转精度。主要针对轴承旋转精度的外圈径向跳动K_(ea),具体做了以下几点工作:首先,在外圈仅存在圆度误差、轴承零件为刚性等假设条件下运用C++编程实现其预测仿真算法,并详细论述了实现该算法的过程;并验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。其次结合仿真结果,分析了外圈滚道圆度误差的谐波系数、谐波次数及径向游隙、滚子个数等轴承参数对外圈径向跳动K_(ea)和外圈径向偏移d 0max的影响;得出了圆柱滚子轴承旋转精度与谐波次数、滚子个数三者之间特殊的规律性。再次,对圆柱滚子轴承零件的圆度误差与旋转精度进行了测量,由测量数据,分析了圆度误差的分布特征与其谐波的分布特征;最后,结合仿真和测量数据,采用数理统计学的回归分析法,建立了圆柱滚子轴承外圈径向跳动的统计学模型。 通过以上研究得出:本文提出的仿真算法可以有效的预测圆柱滚子轴承的外圈径向跳动K_(ea)。外圈圆度误差对圆柱滚子轴承旋转精度的影响很大,其谐波参数与旋转精度之间的关系可以用二元二次正交多项式表示,且具有数理统计学意义上较高的显著性。
[Abstract]:The rotary precision of rolling bearing is a main index to characterize the performance of rolling bearing and plays an important role in the rotary performance of equipment shafting. It is a new subject to study the prediction theory of rolling bearing rotation accuracy, which is of guiding significance to the design and development of high precision rolling bearing. In this paper, the method of programming simulation and mathematical statistics is used to predict the rotation accuracy of cylindrical roller bearings. Aiming at the radial runout of the outer ring of bearing rotation accuracy, this paper has done the following work: firstly, under the assumption that the outer ring has only roundness error and the bearing part is rigid, C program is used to realize its prediction and simulation algorithm. The implementation process of the algorithm is discussed in detail, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified. Secondly, based on the simulation results, the effects of the harmonic coefficient, the number of harmonics, the radial clearance and the number of rollers on the outer ring radial runout Kia) and the outer ring radial offset d 0max are analyzed. The special regularity between the rotation accuracy of cylindrical roller bearing and the number of harmonics and the number of rollers is obtained. Thirdly, the roundness error and rotation accuracy of cylindrical roller bearing parts are measured. From the measurement data, the distribution characteristics of roundness error and its harmonics are analyzed. Finally, the simulation and measurement data are combined. A statistical model of radial runout of outer ring of cylindrical roller bearing was established by regression analysis of mathematical statistics. It is concluded that the simulation algorithm presented in this paper can effectively predict the radial runout of the outer ring of cylindrical roller bearings. The roundness error of outer ring has a great influence on the rotation accuracy of cylindrical roller bearings. The relationship between harmonic parameters and rotation accuracy can be expressed by binary quadratic orthogonal polynomials and has a high mathematical and statistical significance.
