螺杆泵橡胶定子注模过程流态及影响因素分析

【摘要】:螺杆泵采油技术现如今已经得到广泛应用。螺杆泵主要是由金属转子和橡胶定子组成,,其中橡胶定子衬套是螺杆泵系统的关键部件之一,其使用寿命直接影响到螺杆泵整体的使用寿命及开采效率,因此研究橡胶定子的制造过程及工艺十分重要。螺杆泵橡胶定子的制造方法一般分为压注法和注射法,但目前鲜有人从理论上定量分析生产过程中各物理参数、橡胶流动过程中各种内部参数的变化及相互联系。对此,论文开展了螺杆泵橡胶定子注模过程的仿真研究。 首先构建螺杆泵橡胶定子的有限元模型,通过模流分析软件对橡胶定子注模过程进行仿真。分析浇口位置对注模过程的影响;着重研究注模过程中不同流速与填充时间、注射压力、锁模力、最大剪切速率之间的关系并确定最佳工艺参数范围;研究了等壁厚螺杆泵橡胶定子注模过程的流态,并与常规螺杆泵橡胶定子的注模流态进行对比分析,从注模角度确定了等壁厚螺杆泵的优势;通过正交试验法中极差分析,研究了对于不同目标影响因子的显著性,并确定最佳注模参数组合。 通过以上分析,得出对于论文中所采用定子模型的最佳注模参数范围,形成了一般螺杆泵橡胶定子模型的注模过程分析方法,并可以确定注模过程中最佳模具温度、熔体温度、填充速率等注模参数,最后通过正交试验法可以得出最优注模参数组合。
[Abstract]:Screw pump oil recovery technology has been widely used today. The screw pump is mainly composed of metal rotor and rubber stator, in which the rubber stator bushing is one of the key components of the screw pump system. Its service life directly affects the whole service life and mining efficiency of the screw pump. Therefore, it is very important to study the manufacturing process and process of rubber stator. The manufacturing methods of screw pump rubber stator are generally divided into pressure-injection method and injection method. But at present few people quantitatively analyze the physical parameters in the production process and the change and interrelation of various internal parameters in the rubber flow process. In this paper, the simulation of injection process of screw pump rubber stator is carried out. Firstly, the finite element model of rubber stator of screw pump is constructed, and the injection process of rubber stator is simulated by the software of mold flow analysis. The influence of gate position on the injection process is analyzed, and the relationship between different flow rate and filling time, injection pressure, mould locking force, maximum shear rate and the optimal range of process parameters are studied. The flow state of the rubber stator of the constant wall thickness screw pump is studied, and the flow state of the rubber stator of the conventional screw pump is compared with that of the conventional screw pump. The advantages of the equal wall thickness screw pump are determined from the angle of injection mold, and the range difference analysis of the orthogonal test method is used to determine the advantages of the equal wall thickness screw pump. The significance of influencing factors for different targets was studied and the optimal injection parameters were determined. Through the above analysis, the optimum parameters range of the stator model used in the paper is obtained, and the injection process analysis method of the general screw pump rubber stator model is formed, and the optimum mold temperature and melt temperature can be determined during the injection process. The filling rate is equal to the injection parameters, and the optimal injection parameters can be obtained by orthogonal test.
