螺杆滚丝机自动送料和收料设备的设计与应用

【摘要】:紧固件被誉为“工业之米”,是机械行业无可替代的组装连接配件。螺杆是螺柱的一种,为全螺纹型螺柱,是紧固件通用产品之一。螺杆广泛应用于建筑、机械设备、桥梁、风力、石油管道等领域。螺杆滚丝机是生产螺杆产品的牙纹成型设备,牙纹成型是螺杆生产过程中必不可少的生产工序。传统的滚丝机送料、收料是依靠人手工搬移,劳动负荷重、效率低,制约了螺杆生产行业的发展。与紧固件标准化和专业化相比,我国的螺杆生产技术仍处于比较落后的水平。提升滚丝机的自动化程度,可以提升螺杆生产的工作效率,降低工人劳动强度,节约劳动力,提升企业效益。本论文的主要工作和成果如下: 1、本文主要对滚丝机送料和收料的现状进行分析和研究,根据滚丝机送料和收料的特点,设计滚丝机自动送料和收料设备,提升螺杆生产的自动化程度,降低成本的同时,使产品的质量更加稳定,提升我国紧固件产品在国际上的竞争力。 2、根据机械设计原理,分析和研究各类型机械传动的优缺点,结合螺杆生产的环境和条件,设计最佳传动方案;根据传动零部件的设计方法,计算和设计了各零部件的尺寸和结构;根据电路设计原理和电器元件的选择方法,设计控制电路的方案,并确认了合理的各电器元件的型号。 3、根据本课题设计的方案进行了设备的制造、安装和调试,该自动送料和收料设备的使用,大大降低了企业的人工成本,原来一位工人只能操作2台滚丝机;螺杆滚丝机自动送料和收料设备使用后,一位工人可以同时操作8台以上的机器;从人均月产量16.8吨,提升到人均月产量71.2吨,是原来人均产量的4.2倍,同时大大降低了工人的劳动强度,为企业解决了招工难的问题,也为企业带来了实际的经济效益。 4、笔者将螺杆滚丝机自动送料和收料的设备设计的过程和应用的结果进行了总结分析,自动化技术在机械制造领域中的应用成为我国提高机械制造效率和产品质量的重要保证,加速缩小与世界先进技术的机械制造差距,有利于增强我国的工业化水平,提升我国的机械制造水平。
[Abstract]:Fasteners known as "industrial rice", is the machinery industry irreplaceable assembly connection accessories. Screw is a kind of stud, is a full-threaded stud, is one of the general products of fasteners. Screw is widely used in construction, mechanical equipment, bridges, wind, oil pipelines and other fields. Screw thread rolling machine is the molding equipment for producing screw products, and tooth thread forming is an essential production procedure in screw production process. In the traditional wire rolling machine, the material collection depends on manual moving, heavy labor load and low efficiency, which restricts the development of screw production industry. Compared with fastener standardization and specialization, China's screw production technology is still in a relatively backward level. To improve the automation degree of wire rolling machine, it can improve the efficiency of screw production, reduce the labor intensity of workers, save labor force, and improve the efficiency of enterprises. The main work and results of this thesis are as follows: 1. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the current situation of feeding and collecting of wire rolling machine. According to the characteristics of feeding and collecting of wire rolling machine, the automatic feeding and collecting equipment is designed to improve the automation degree of screw production and reduce the cost at the same time. Make the quality of products more stable, improve our fastener products in the international competitiveness. 2. According to the principle of mechanical design, the advantages and disadvantages of various types of mechanical transmission are analyzed and studied, the best transmission scheme is designed according to the environment and conditions of screw production, and the design method of transmission parts, The size and structure of each component are calculated and designed, and the control circuit is designed according to the principle of circuit design and the selection method of electrical components, and the reasonable model of each electrical element is confirmed. 3. According to the design of this project, the equipment is manufactured, installed and debugged. The use of the automatic feeding and collecting equipment has greatly reduced the labor cost of the enterprise. In fact, one worker can only operate 2 rolling machines; After the screw rolling machine is used for automatic feeding and collecting equipment, a worker can operate more than eight machines at the same time. From 16.8 tons per person per month to 71.2 tons per person per month, this is 4.2 times the original per capita output. At the same time, it greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, solves the problem of recruitment difficulties for enterprises, and brings practical economic benefits to enterprises. 4. The design process and application results of the automatic feeding and collecting equipment of screw rolling machine are summarized and analyzed. The application of automation technology in the field of mechanical manufacturing has become an important guarantee to improve the efficiency of mechanical manufacturing and the quality of products in our country. To accelerate and narrow the gap between mechanical manufacturing and advanced technology in the world is conducive to strengthening the industrialization level of our country and improving the level of machinery manufacturing in our country.
