基于混合单元的压缩机覆盖件的固有频率分析

【摘要】:基于柳州某移动式压缩机生产调试和老化试验中出现门板因震动产生的噪声和焊接件变形开裂等问题。在结合有限元理论基础上提出利用有限元仿真软件对体单元、壳单元及壳梁单元三种不同的网格单元的门板结构固有频率进行分析计算,并采取实验手段对仿真结果分析比较。得出不同网格划分时门板结构在有限元分析中的运算特点,从数据的对比可以看出壳梁混合单元算法是解决此类门板结构件固有频率的最合理的算法。此方法为后续类似结构的有限元分析找到合理的网格划分依据,从而节省设计与分析的时间提高设计效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the problems of noise caused by vibration and deformation and cracking of welded parts in the production debugging and aging test of a mobile compressor in Liuzhou. Based on the finite element theory, the natural frequencies of three kinds of grid elements, such as body element, shell element and shell beam element, are analyzed and calculated by finite element simulation software, and the simulation results are analyzed and compared by means of experiment. From the comparison of the data, it can be seen that the hybrid element algorithm of shell and beam is the most reasonable algorithm to solve the natural frequency of this kind of door structure. This method can provide a reasonable basis for the finite element analysis of similar structures, thus saving the time of design and analysis to improve the design efficiency.
