胶带输送机智能液压张紧控制技术的研究与应用

【摘要】:随着我国经济的高速发展,胶带式输送机广泛地应用在冶金、煤炭、交通、水电、化工等部门。由于我国大型重载长距离胶带输送机张紧控制系统的核心部件长期依靠进口。因此本文针对胶带式输送机液压张紧装置设计了胶带输送机智能液压张紧控制系统。 首先,本文介绍了目前胶带输送机液压张紧控制系统的发展现状,分析了目前我国技术中存在的各种问题。提出将单片机技术应用于胶带输送机液压张紧控制系统的设计当中,以提高其智能化水平,满足用户的多种需要。 其次,阐述了液压张紧装置的构成,介绍了控制系统的工作原理,研究了蓄能器压力和液压缸压力(张紧力)保持的方法。通过控制液压泵的启停来实现蓄能器的压力保持,通过控制电液伺服阀的开口方向和开口大小保持张紧力的恒定。在早期的张紧控制系统中,系统压力波动通常会扰动液压缸张紧力,本控制系统通过控制电液伺服阀消除了这一扰动。实现了张紧力长时间保持在任一设定压力值。 再次,本文详细阐述了胶带输送机专用仪表的设计原理和实现方法。主要从两个方面进行设计。首先是控制理论,通过对胶带输送机张紧控制系统的常用理论进行对比,结合MATLAB的仿真结果,确定了本控制系统所采用的控制理论。其次是胶带输送机智能液压张紧控制系统的硬件和软件设计,采用硬件和软件同时进行设计的方式,这样使硬件和软件的匹配度更好,系统运行更稳定和精度更高。系统硬件部分按模块设计的指导思想,使电子元器件相互干扰降到最低。软件按照功能模块进行编写,根据工况的不同主程序调用不同子程序来实现对张紧力的控制。 最后,本文对于本系统的应用,设计了典型的电气图,并介绍了本系统的市场前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, rubber belt conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, hydropower, chemical industry and so on. The core components of the tension control system of the large heavy haul long-distance belt conveyor in China depend on import for a long time. Therefore, the intelligent hydraulic tensioning control system of belt conveyor is designed for the hydraulic tensioning device of rubber belt conveyor in this paper. Firstly, this paper introduces the development status of the hydraulic tension control system of belt conveyor, and analyzes the various problems existing in the present technology of our country. In order to improve the intelligent level and meet the various needs of the users, the single-chip computer technology is applied to the design of the hydraulic tension control system of the belt conveyor. Secondly, the composition of hydraulic tensioning device is expounded, the working principle of control system is introduced, and the methods of holding accumulator pressure and hydraulic cylinder pressure (tensioning force) are studied. The pressure of accumulator is kept by controlling the starting and stopping of hydraulic pump, and the tensioning force is kept constant by controlling the opening direction and opening size of electro-hydraulic servo valve. In the early tensioning control system, the pressure fluctuation of the system usually disturbed the tension force of the hydraulic cylinder, and this control system eliminated the disturbance by controlling the electro-hydraulic servo valve. The tensioning force is kept at any set pressure for a long time. Thirdly, the design principle and realization method of the special instrument for belt conveyor are described in detail. Mainly from two aspects of the design. First is the control theory, through the comparison of the common theory of belt conveyor tensioning control system, combined with the simulation results of MATLAB, the control theory used in this control system is determined. Secondly, the hardware and software of the intelligent hydraulic tension control system of belt conveyor are designed. The hardware and software are designed at the same time, so that the matching degree of hardware and software is better, the system runs more stable and the precision is higher. The hardware of the system is designed according to the principle of module design, which minimizes the interference between components and electronic components. The software is written according to the function module and different subprograms are called according to the different main program of the working condition to realize the control of the tension force. Finally, this paper designs the typical electrical diagram for the application of the system, and introduces the market prospect of the system.
