塔式起重机地震响应分析

【摘要】:塔式起重机是建筑施工领域中最为常见和重要的施工机械之一,到处都可以见到它的身影。由于它具有安装高度大、重心高、质量分布不均匀以及柔性大的特点,导致其受地震的影响较大,汶川地震中西安市的多台塔机出现严重损坏便说明了这一点。但是目前在塔机的相关设计规范中却并未明确考虑地震的作用。所以,在当前建筑等行业的大规模建设和地震频发之间的矛盾较为突出的情况下,为了最大程度的减小地震对人民生命财产的危害,探寻塔机的地震响应规律,并在塔机设计阶段适当考虑地震的影响是极为迫切和必要的。 本文基于ANSYS软件,应用时程分析法对QTZ160型平臂塔机进行了地震作用下的分析和研究。主要完成了以下内容: (1)根据塔机的结构特点,建立了最大独立和最大附着两种状态下的塔机有限元模型。并对其进行了静力分析,为后文与时程分析进行对比提供参照。 (2)对两种状态的塔机分别进行了模态分析,以此获得了塔机的振动特性,并为后文的时程分析提供基础。 (3)参照相关抗震设计规范,利用ANSYS软件对塔机进行了三向地震作用下的时程分析。并在分析过程中考虑了几何非线性对塔机动态响应的影响。然后对计算结果做了详细的对比研究。 (4)研究了地震波输入维数及方向,几何非线性和抗震设防烈度这三个因素对塔机地震响应的影响规律。对塔机地震响应规律进行了多方面探究,进一步深化了对塔机地震响应的认识,为塔机抗震设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:Tower crane is one of the most common and important construction machinery in the field of construction, and its figure can be seen everywhere. Because of its high installation height, high center of gravity, uneven distribution of quality and large flexibility, it is greatly affected by the earthquake. Many tower cranes in Xi'an city in Wenchuan earthquake are seriously damaged. But at present, there is no definite consideration of the effect of earthquake in the relevant design specifications of the tower. So, in order to minimize the damage to the life and property of the people in order to minimize the damage to the life and property of the people, the seismic response of the tower is explored in the case of the large-scale construction of the current building and the frequent occurrence of earthquakes. It is very urgent and necessary for us to consider the influence of earthquake in the design stage of tower crane.
Based on ANSYS software, the time history analysis method is used to analyze and study the QTZ160 type flat arm tower crane under the earthquake action.
(1) according to the structural characteristics of the tower crane, the finite element model of the tower crane with the maximum independent and maximum attached two states is set up, and the static analysis is carried out to provide reference for the comparison of the later and the time history analysis.
(2) modal analysis is carried out for two kinds of tower cranes respectively. The vibration characteristics of the tower crane are obtained and the basis for the time history analysis is provided.
(3) according to the relevant seismic design specifications, the time history analysis of the tower crane under the action of three directions is carried out with ANSYS software, and the effect of geometric nonlinearity on the dynamic response of the tower is taken into account in the process of analysis, and the calculation results are compared in detail.
(4) the influence of seismic wave input dimension and direction, geometric nonlinearity and seismic fortification intensity on seismic response of tower crane is studied. The seismic response law of tower crane is explored in many aspects, further deepening the understanding of seismic response of tower crane and providing reference for the seismic design of tower crane.
