环面蜗杆副在膨胀机中的应用与研究

【摘要】:随着工业的快速发展,节能问题越来越受到人们的关注。我国工业的各个领域中存在大量的小规模余热资源,合理的利用这部分能源,对于提高我国能源利用率,,改善我国余热资源利用技术缺乏的现状具有重要的意义。螺杆膨胀机能够回收低品位热能并直接转换成电能,是一种在当前能源利用领域重大突破性的新型动力机。推广螺杆膨胀机对我国的国民经济和能源战略产生深远的影响,可以将我国能源的利用效率提高到一个全新水平。 单螺杆膨胀机具有理想的力平衡,且具有结构简单,噪音低等优点,其开发研究生产备受人们关注。在单螺杆膨胀机在制造过程中,最重要的也是最难的就是蜗杆和星轮构成的啮合副的的制造加工。而这对啮合副实质上是参数相当特殊的高精度环面蜗杆副。本文根据环面蜗杆副的基本原理,结合单螺杆膨胀机的特点,分析环面蜗杆副在单螺杆膨胀机中的应用,在前人的基础上,主要完成以下工作: (1)分析单螺杆膨胀机啮合副的型线,结合环面蜗杆传动的基本原理,确定单螺杆膨胀机的啮合副; (2)根据空间啮合理论,建立螺杆和星轮的数学模型,推导螺杆和星轮的齿面方程。根据所推导的齿面方程,确定空间瞬时螺杆诸齿槽前、槽后齿面方程和星轮各啮合齿的齿面方程; (3)运用Inventor三维软件对螺杆和星轮进行实体建模,并运用MATLAB软件对所建的模型校对,分析螺杆和星轮的齿面; (4)基于有限元法的基本理论,运用ANSYS分析软件对单螺杆膨胀机啮合副进行有限元模态分析,分析螺杆和星轮的固有频率和相对应的临界转速,为整机的动态性能分析奠定基础。 (5)研究螺杆和星轮的加工技术和加工原理,完成螺杆和星轮的实际加工。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry, people pay more and more attention to the problem of energy saving. There are a large number of small scale waste heat resources in all fields of industry in our country. The rational utilization of this part of energy is of great significance to improve the energy utilization efficiency and to improve the present situation of the lack of technology for the utilization of waste heat resources in our country. Screw expander can recover low grade heat energy and convert it directly into electric energy. It is a new type of power engine which is a great breakthrough in the field of energy utilization at present. The promotion of screw expander has a profound influence on the national economy and energy strategy of our country and can raise the energy utilization efficiency to a new level. Single screw expander has many advantages such as ideal force balance, simple structure, low noise and so on. In the manufacturing process of single screw expander, the most important and the most difficult is the manufacture of the meshing pair composed of worm and star wheel. This pair of meshing pairs is essentially a high precision toroidal worm pair with very special parameters. According to the basic principle of toroidal worm pair and the characteristics of single screw expander, the application of toroidal worm pair in single screw expander is analyzed in this paper. 1) analyzing the profile of the meshing pair of the single screw expander and determining the meshing pair of the single screw expander combined with the basic principle of the toroidal worm gearing. According to the theory of space meshing, the mathematical model of screw and star wheel is established, and the tooth surface equation of screw and star wheel is deduced. According to the equation of tooth surface, the equation of tooth surface in front and back slot of space instantaneous screw and the equation of tooth surface of each meshing tooth of star wheel are determined. (3) the solid model of screw and star wheel is modeled by Inventor software, and the tooth surface of screw and star wheel is analyzed by MATLAB software. Based on the basic theory of finite element method, the finite element modal analysis of the meshing pair of single screw expander is carried out by using ANSYS software. The natural frequency and the corresponding critical speed of screw and star wheel are analyzed, which lays a foundation for the dynamic performance analysis of the whole machine. The processing technology and principle of screw and star wheel are studied, and the actual processing of screw and star wheel is completed.
