多晶体Schmidt因子概率分析

【摘要】:多晶体的Schmidt因子是结构疲劳寿命分析的重要变量。分别针对有织构和无织构多晶体,在细观尺度上建立Schmidt因子与晶粒随机欧拉角之间关系,证明取向分布一致的体心立方晶和面心立方晶在总体上具有相同的Schmidt因子,从而实现立方晶材料Schmidt因子的细观概率建模。在算例中基于细观概率模型进行统计模拟,得到多晶体疲劳裂纹萌生区晶粒群最大Schmidt因子的概率分布,为机械结构,尤其是微机械、微机电结构的疲劳可靠性分析提供理论基础和有效工程方法。
[Abstract]:The Schmidt factor of polycrystals is an important variable in structural fatigue life analysis. For polycrystals with and without texture, the relationship between Schmidt factor and random Euler angle of grain is established on mesoscale scale. It is proved that bulk centered cubic crystal and face centered cubic crystal with the same orientation distribution have the same Schmidt factor as a whole. Thus, the meso-probability modeling of the Schmidt factor of cubic materials is realized. The probability distribution of the maximum Schmidt factor of the grain group in the fatigue crack initiation region of polycrystal is obtained by statistical simulation based on the mesoscopic probability model, which is mechanical structure, especially micromachined. Fatigue reliability analysis of MEMS structures provides theoretical basis and effective engineering methods.
