智能洗脱机控制系统设计及控制方法研究

【摘要】:洗脱机作为一种大批量衣物织品的洗涤工具,在宾馆、饭店、招待所、医院等企事业单位得到了广泛应用。它大大提高了洗涤衣物织品的效率,降低了单位能耗。传统的洗脱机自动化程度较低,操作复杂,缺少友好的人机交互界面,不容易操作,并且存在水位无法精确控制,水温不稳定等缺点,影响洗脱机的使用寿命和洗涤效果。本文主要介绍了智能洗脱机控制器的设计,整个控制系统分为上位机和下位机两个部分,上位机采用迪文公司的DGUS触摸屏为载体,负责人机交互;下位机以COTEX-M3内核架构的处理器芯片STM32F103为核心,负责水位、水温、状态量检测以及电机驱动等任务。该控制器设计分为硬件设计和软件设计两个部分,论文从硬件电路原理,重要元器件选型,操作系统移植,软件设计及调试,控制算法研究,人机交互界面设计等方面,介绍了智能洗脱机控制器的设计,并且对相关实测数据进行了分析。结果表明,本文采用的新算法和控制策略对洗脱机的性能提升带来了积极影响,使洗脱机运行速度更加平稳,温度控制更加精确,从而延长了洗脱机的使用寿命,提高了洗涤效果。人机交互界面更加友好,大大降低了操作难度,具有很好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:As a washing tool for large quantities of clothing and textiles, the washing machine has been widely used in hotels, restaurants, hostels, hospitals and other enterprises and institutions. It greatly improves the efficiency of washing clothes and fabrics and reduces unit energy consumption. The traditional washing machine has a low degree of automation, complex operation and a lack of friendly human-computer interface. It is not easy to operate. In this paper, the design of the intelligent washing machine controller is mainly introduced. The whole control system is divided into two parts: the upper computer and the lower machine. The upper computer uses the DGUS touch screen of Di Wen company as the carrier, and is responsible for the human-computer interaction. The lower computer is based on the processor chip STM32F103 of the COTEX-M3 kernel architecture. It is responsible for the tasks of water level, water temperature, state measurement and motor drive. The design of the controller is divided into two parts: hardware design and software design. The thesis is based on the principle of hardware circuit, selection of important components, operation system transplantation, software design and debugging, control algorithm. The design of the intelligent washout controller is introduced and the related data are analyzed. The results show that the new algorithm and control strategy adopted in this paper have a positive impact on the performance improvement of the washing machine, which makes the running speed of the eluent more stable and the temperature control more accurate, thus extending the eluant. The service life of the washing machine is prolonged and the washing effect is improved. The human-machine interaction interface is more friendly, which greatly reduces the operational difficulty and has good application prospects.
