蜗轮蜗杆—圆锥齿轮减速器虚拟装配的研究

【摘要】:蜗轮蜗杆—圆锥齿轮减速器是普通减速器中的一种常见的减速装置,用于传递交错轴之间的运动和动力,通常两轴交错角为90°。在一般蜗轮蜗杆传动中,都是以蜗杆为主动件,特点是外廓尺寸小、传动比大、传动平稳、噪声小,但效率低,而且由于蜗杆材料多常用青铜等贵金属制造,成本较高。当传动比要求较大时,可采用蜗轮蜗杆—圆锥齿轮减速器。但是由于蜗轮蜗杆的外形曲面比较复杂,应用传统方法对其进行三维绘制时,不仅过程繁琐、效率低,而且容易出错。 论文围绕蜗轮蜗杆—圆锥齿轮减速器的参数化设计及虚拟装配问题,对蜗轮蜗杆的参数化设计和虚拟装配进行了深入研究。 本课题以功能强大的三维设计软件UG作为开发平台,深入研究了UG的参数化设计及二次开发方法,利用UG的二次开发工具UG/Open Grip实现了蜗轮蜗杆的三维参数化造型,利用UG/Open API、VC++等技术开发设计了蜗轮蜗杆的参数化设计系统。在完成蜗轮蜗杆的三维模型后,可以创建其它零部件三维模型,并完成减速器的虚拟装配,对齿轮传动系统进行干涉分析。然后,把在UG中建立的减速器的三维模型导入到3Ds Max进行优化渲染,最后利用Virtools平台开发了减速器虚拟装配系统。 在UG软件中实现了对蜗轮蜗杆的参数化设计,这样可以快速、准确的生成所需要的三维模型,并完成了减速器所有零件的建模及其装配。在Virtools软件中,以蜗轮蜗杆—圆锥齿轮减速器为研究对象,深入探讨了以“可拆便可装”为基本原则来实现减速器的虚拟装配。同时利用视图的切换功能,使其装配过程简单、明了。
[Abstract]:Worm gear-bevel gear reducer is a common deceleration device in common reducer, which is used to transfer motion and power between staggered shafts, usually with a staggered angle of 90 掳. In the general worm gear drive, the worm is always used as the active part, which is characterized by small profile size, large transmission ratio, stable transmission, low noise, but low efficiency. Moreover, the cost is high because the worm material is made of bronze and other precious metals. Worm gear-bevel gear reducer can be used when the transmission ratio is high. However, because of the complexity of the contour surface of worm gear, the traditional method is not only cumbersome, inefficient, but also prone to error. The parametric design and virtual assembly of worm gear and bevel gear reducer are studied in this paper. Based on the powerful 3D design software UG as the development platform, the parametric design and secondary development method of UG are deeply studied. The 3D parametric modeling of worm gear and worm is realized by using the secondary development tool UG/Open Grip of UG. The parameterized design system of worm gear and worm is developed by using UG/Open API VC and so on. After the 3D model of worm gear and worm is completed, the 3D model of other parts can be created, and the virtual assembly of reducer can be completed, and the interference analysis of gear transmission system can be carried out. Then, the 3D model of the reducer established in UG is imported into 3Ds Max to optimize the rendering. Finally, the virtual assembly system of the reducer is developed by using the Virtools platform. The parametric design of worm gear and worm is realized in UG software, which can quickly and accurately generate the required three-dimensional model, and complete the modeling and assembly of all parts of the reducer. In Virtools software, taking worm gear bevel gear reducer as research object, the virtual assembly of reducer is realized based on the basic principle of "detachability can be installed". At the same time, the function of view switching is used to make the assembly process simple and clear.
