阀门及其遥控操作系统可靠性研究

【摘要】:可靠性工程自学科形成以来就一直受到人们的重视,尤其是在国防科技领域更是得到了长足的发展,在现代企业中,产品质量的高可靠性也已经成为了立足市场的一个必备要素。本文中研究的对象——阀门及其遥控操作系统是一种典型的机电液一体化设备,主要应用于船舶燃油系统、压载水系统,其可靠性指标直接影响着船舶的使用效能,,而且产品的组成单元种类复杂,其试验、评估方法也不同,因此对其可靠性进行研究具有重要的与实际意义。 根据课题内容和特点,本文分为六章来阐述相关研究内容。 第一章首先对可靠性工程进行了概述,介绍了国内外的发展现状,提出了本课题研究路线。 第二章分析了产品的工作环境和功能,确定了产品的可靠性定性和定量要求,并对可靠性模型、可靠性试验及数据分析方法进行了总体研究。 第三章是阀门的可靠性验证试验及评估方法研究。主要设计了阀门可靠性验证试验,提出了基于Bayes理论和产品相似理论的阀门小子样可靠性评估方法,对试验数据进行了评估,并与其它方法进行了对比分析研究。 第四章是阀门可靠性寿命研究。主要设计了阀门可靠性寿命试验,针对出现的极少数失效数据情况,研究了阀门的失效分布,并选择Weibull-Bayes方法对其进行了可靠性寿命评估,得出了阀门的各可靠性寿命指标。 第五章是遥控操作系统可靠性研究。主要设计了可靠性试验方案,研究了评估方法,并对试验结果进行评估,得出了遥控操作系统的各可靠性指标和系统低可靠性的原因。 第六章是CAN总线控制系统的可靠性研究。根据遥控操作系统试验和评估结果,提出一种基于CAN总线控制的遥控操作系统方案,并对各级别CAN冗余控制系统进行了可靠性研究,确定了控制系统方案,并提出了新产品在研发设计中应遵循的可靠性设计规则。
[Abstract]:The reliability engineering has been paid attention to since the formation of the subject, especially in the field of Defense Science and technology. In modern enterprises, the high reliability of product quality has also become a necessary element for the market. In this paper, the image of the valve and its remote control operating system is a kind of code. The mechanical and electro hydraulic integration equipment is mainly used in the ship fuel system and the ballast water system. Its reliability index directly affects the use efficiency of the ship, and the composition unit of the product is complex, and its test and evaluation methods are different. Therefore, it is of great significance to study its reliability.
According to the content and characteristics of the subject, this paper is divided into six chapters to elaborate the related research contents.
The first chapter outlines the reliability engineering, introduces the development status at home and abroad, and puts forward the research route.
The second chapter analyzes the working environment and function of the product, determines the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the reliability of the product, and makes a general study on the reliability model, reliability test and data analysis method.
The third chapter is the reliability test and evaluation method of valve. The reliability test of valve is designed mainly. The reliability evaluation method of valve small sample based on Bayes theory and product similarity theory is put forward, and the test data are evaluated and compared with other methods.
The fourth chapter is the reliability life study of the valve. The reliability life test of the valve is mainly designed. In view of the few failure data of the valve, the failure distribution of the valve is studied, and the reliability life evaluation of the valve is selected by the Weibull-Bayes method, and the reliability life index of the valve is obtained.
The fifth chapter is the reliability research of the remote control operating system. The reliability test scheme is mainly designed, the evaluation method is studied, and the test results are evaluated, and the reliability indexes of the remote control operating system and the reasons for the low reliability of the system are obtained.
The sixth chapter is the reliability research of the CAN bus control system. According to the test and evaluation results of the remote control operating system, a remote control operating system based on CAN bus control is proposed, and the reliability of the CAN redundant control systems of each level is studied, the control system scheme is determined, and the new product should be followed in the design and development design. Reliability design rules.
