基于一阶混合Petri网的机械制造系统碳流动态模型及应用

【摘要】:在全球气候变化问题引起国内外关注以及我国积极发展低碳经济、实施节能减排的时代背景下,针对我国制造业存在的高能耗、高排放问题,一种新的制造模式——低碳制造应运而生,促进制造企业走出一条可持续发展道路。针对制造系统具有多源耦合性、动态性、复杂多变等特点,分析制造系统碳流动态特性,把握其本质特征,使资源、能量利用率最大化和生产过程产生的废弃排放物最小化,这对企业实施低碳制造具有重要的指导意义。 本论文在国家自然科学基金和重庆市自然科学基金等项目的资助下,对机械制造系统的碳流动态特性分析及建模方法展开研究。 首先,从机械制造系统的特点着手,对其能流特性和物流特性进行分析,建立机械制造系统碳流系统边界来分析系统的碳流动态特性;并以该系统边界为基础,导出物能平衡方程和碳排放计算模型,同时给出碳效率评价指标,为后续动态模型的建立奠定数量分析基础。 其次,,针对机械制造系统能耗的连续性以及离散状态对连续过程的影响等,结合一阶混合Petri网的基本原理,建立机械制造系统碳流动态模型,并分别从模型的形式化定义、规则说明、冲突解决策略、动态特性以及建模模块等方面对该模型进行分析;同时,引入控制弧、抑制弧等相关元素,以增强模型的建模语义并简化模型。 再次,从目标函数、约束条件、模型寻优策略等方面对所建立的机械制造系统碳流动态模型进行分析研究;采用基于Matlab平台的仿真环境,以线性时变离散时间状态变量为基础,给出碳流动态模型优化算法。 最后,以重庆机床集团某柔性自动生产线生产的齿轮轴为例,对生产线进行建模,分析导出模型的目标函数和约束条件,然后结合相关的仿真软件,定量分析该生产线的碳流动态特性,以验证论文所提方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the global climate change problem causing the attention at home and abroad and our country actively developing low carbon economy and implementing energy saving and emission reduction, the problem of high energy consumption and high emission exists in the manufacturing industry of our country. A new manufacturing mode-low-carbon manufacturing emerges as the times require, which promotes manufacturing enterprises to walk out of a sustainable development path. In view of the multi-source coupling, dynamic and complex characteristics of manufacturing system, the characteristics of carbon flowing state of manufacturing system are analyzed, and its essential characteristics are grasped, so as to maximize the utilization ratio of resources and energy and minimize the waste emissions produced by production process. This has important guiding significance for enterprises to implement low-carbon manufacturing. In this paper, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Chongqing Natural Science Foundation, the characteristics of carbon flow characteristics and modeling methods of mechanical manufacturing system are studied. First of all, starting from the characteristics of mechanical manufacturing system, the characteristics of energy flow and logistics are analyzed, and the boundary of carbon flow system of mechanical manufacturing system is established to analyze the characteristics of carbon flow state of the system, and based on the boundary of the system, The equation of material energy balance and the calculation model of carbon emission are derived, and the evaluation index of carbon efficiency is given, which lays the foundation of quantitative analysis for the establishment of the following dynamic model. Secondly, considering the continuity of energy consumption and the influence of discrete state on continuous process, combined with the basic principle of first-order hybrid Petri net, the carbon flow state model of mechanical manufacturing system is established, and the formal definition of the model is given respectively. The rules, conflict resolution strategy, dynamic characteristics and modeling module are analyzed. At the same time, control arcs and suppression arcs are introduced to enhance the modeling semantics of the model and simplify the model. Thirdly, the carbon flow state model of mechanical manufacturing system is analyzed and studied from the aspects of objective function, constraint condition and model optimization strategy. The simulation environment based on Matlab is adopted, and the linear time-varying discrete time state variable is used as the foundation. The optimization algorithm of carbon flow state model is presented. Finally, taking the gear shaft produced by a flexible automatic production line of Chongqing Machine tool Group as an example, the production line is modeled, the objective function and constraint conditions of the model are analyzed, and the simulation software is combined. In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed method, the characteristics of carbon flow state of the production line are quantitatively analyzed.
