减速机检测与盘绳试验台的研究

【摘要】:21世纪以来,我国的机械行业实现了快速的发展,其中工程机械正逐步成为工业生产领域中不可或缺的一部分,其性能与质量的提升受到人们的广泛关注。减速机作为工程机械中常用的机械部件之一,广泛应用于回转和起升机械当中,其性能对工程机械的整体品质有直接的影响。于是在减速机出厂之前,,需要对减速机进行必要的性能检测,以及对起升减速机进行盘绳,确保减速机品质满足主机的使用要求,故设计一种减速机检测与盘绳试验台显得尤为重要。 本文通过对试验台待试减速机类型要求与功能要求的分析,确定出减速机试验台的总体设计方案,实现了减速机检测与盘绳试验台的研发与设计,并对试验台的机械系统、液压系统以及伺服控制系统进行了详细的研究。在对伺服控制系统结构研究的同时,通过理论分析,运用动力学原理,完成了伺服系统中各个环节数学模型的建立,从而确立了伺服系统整体的数学模型,并建立起系统的传递函数。同时根据试验台伺服系统的数学模型,对系统的PID控制进行了设计与研究,通过Simulink软件对未加控制器的伺服系统和PID控制下的伺服系统进行了仿真分析,并对两者的控制效果进行了比较,验证了试验台伺服系统PID控制的可行性。最后通过试验台的自动盘绳试验,得到实际的盘绳效果,进一步验证了试验台智能盘绳控制的有效性。 研制成功的减速机试验台,提升了减速机检测与盘绳设备的自动化程度,对减速机试验设备的研发起到借鉴作用,对相关课题的研究具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, China's machinery industry has achieved rapid development, in which construction machinery is gradually becoming an indispensable part of the industrial production field, its performance and quality improvement has been widely concerned. As one of the commonly used mechanical parts in construction machinery, reducer is widely used in rotary and hoisting machinery. Its performance has a direct impact on the overall quality of construction machinery. Therefore, before the reducer leaves the factory, it is necessary to carry out the necessary performance tests on the reducer, as well as to carry out the hoisting rope to ensure that the quality of the reducer meets the requirements of the main engine. Therefore, it is very important to design a kind of reducer test bench and test bench. Through the analysis of the type and function requirements of the reducer, the overall design scheme of the reducer test bench is determined in this paper. The research and design of reducer testing and tether test bench are realized, and the mechanical system, hydraulic system and servo control system of the test bed are studied in detail. While studying the structure of servo control system, through theoretical analysis and dynamic principle, the mathematical model of every link in servo system is established, and the whole mathematical model of servo system is established. The transfer function of the system is established. At the same time, according to the mathematical model of the servo system of the test-bed, the pid control of the system is designed and studied. The servo system without controller and the servo system under the pid control are simulated and analyzed by Simulink software. The feasibility of pid control of servo system is verified by comparing their control effects. Finally, through the automatic rope test of the test bench, the actual effect of the rope is obtained, which further verifies the effectiveness of the intelligent rope-rope control of the test-bed. The developed test bench of the reducer has improved the degree of the detection of the reducer and the automation of the rope device. It has some reference value to the research and development of reducer test equipment.
