单囊式空气弹簧负载特性计算方法研究

【摘要】:单囊式空气弹簧是一种承载能力及刚度均可调的强烈非线性元件,其承载特性不仅取决于内部气压,还取决于几何特性和壳体材料性质。根据其结构特点,利用旋转体容积计算公式,推导出其内部容积随压缩位移变化的数学表达式,并基于理想气体状态方程建立负载力随压缩位移变化的数学模型以及理论特性曲线。将所测得的实际负载力-压缩位移变化特性曲线与理论曲线对比,验证了两者之间的非线性关系以及变化趋势。推导出在不同初始充气压强下负载力-压缩位移计算表达式,为空气弹簧的选型和设计提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:Single capsule air spring is a kind of strongly nonlinear element whose bearing capacity and stiffness can be adjusted. Its bearing capacity depends not only on the internal pressure but also on the geometric characteristics and the material properties of the shell. According to the structural characteristics, the mathematical expression of the internal volume with the compression displacement is derived by using the volume calculation formula of the rotating body. Based on the state equation of ideal gas, the mathematical model and the theoretical characteristic curve of the load force varying with the compression displacement are established. By comparing the measured curves with the theoretical curves, the nonlinear relationship between the two curves and the variation trend are verified. The calculation expressions of load-compression displacement under different initial inflatable pressures are derived, which provide a theoretical basis for the selection and design of air springs.
