金刚石串珠绳锯切花岗石的振动实验研究

【摘要】:自从金刚石串珠绳锯发明以来,金刚石串珠绳锯技术因其具有高效、环保等特点,已在多个领域得到了广泛地应用,并显现出独特的优势。在提倡绿色环保、低碳的今天,金刚石串珠绳锯的应用显得尤为突出。金刚石串珠绳(简称串珠绳)作为柔性加工工具,在切削过程中必然会引起振动。串珠绳的振动直接影响着锯切过程,剧烈的振动会对加工过程造成影响。因此,研究串珠绳在锯切过程中的振动,对深入了解串珠绳锯切机理有重要的帮助。 本课题利用6个激光位移传感器同步跟踪采集了串珠绳的位移振动信号,用LabVIEW软件对经过处理的信号做振动波形显示,用MATLAB对所采集的振动信号进行分析处理。 金刚石串珠绳锯在没有切削进给和切削进给的两种条件下,通过比较6个测量点的振动信号可以发现,只要切削参数一定,改变测量位置L与测量长度A不会对振动信号的频率成分产生影响,但所测量振动信号的振幅会有所变化。串珠绳锯在没有切削进给时,各个测点处串珠绳的振动信号中所含信号频率成分都相同,主要为串珠绳中钢丝绳的振动频率和金刚石串珠(简称串珠)的冲击频率;串珠绳在切削进给时,其振动信号的频率以串珠的冲击频率为主,当进给速度(vf)和线速度(vs)增大时,串珠绳的振动幅度会变小。 在串珠绳从没有接触石材工件到进行稳定切削的过程中,随着串珠绳切入石材工件的深度增加,串珠绳的振动幅值变小。
[Abstract]:Since the invention of diamond beaded rope saw, diamond beaded rope saw technology has been widely used in many fields because of its high efficiency and environmental protection, and has shown its unique advantages. In the promotion of green, low-carbon today, the application of diamond bead saw is particularly prominent. As a flexible machining tool, diamond bead rope will cause vibration in cutting process. The vibration of beaded rope directly affects the sawing process, and the violent vibration will affect the machining process. Therefore, the study of the vibration of beaded rope in the process of sawing is of great help to the understanding of the mechanism of beaded rope sawing. In this paper, the displacement vibration signals of beaded rope are collected synchronously by six laser displacement sensors. The vibration waveform of the processed signal is displayed by LabVIEW software, and the vibration signal is analyzed and processed by MATLAB. Diamond beaded rope saw can be found by comparing the vibration signals of six measuring points without cutting feed and cutting feed, as long as the cutting parameters are fixed, Changing the measuring position L and measuring length A will not affect the frequency component of the vibration signal, but the amplitude of the measured vibration signal will change. When the beaded rope saw has no cutting feed, the frequency components of the vibration signal of the beaded rope at each measuring point are the same, mainly the vibration frequency of the wire rope in the beaded rope and the impact frequency of the diamond bead string. The frequency of vibration signal of beaded rope is mainly the impact frequency of bead when the feed speed and linear velocity increase, the vibration amplitude of bead rope will become smaller. In the process of beaded rope from no contact with stone workpiece to steady cutting, the vibration amplitude of bead rope becomes smaller as the depth of bead rope cutting into stone workpiece increases.
