基于UML的A公司订单管理流程优化

【摘要】:A公司是奥的斯电梯的一级零部件供应商,随着公司订单的不断增多,却还一直延用旧的管理模式,没有进行相应的管理制度改革,各种问题频频出现,如不能按期交货、高退货率以及源源不断的客户抱怨等等。然而,在问题出现的时候,太过主观,没有对问题进行客观有效的分析,,导致采取了错误的解决方案,结果适得其反,公司出现了严重的经营危机。 针对当前企业所面临的危机, A公司决定把订单的管理作为提升客户服务水平的工作重点。将准时交付和产品质量并重,为企业重新赢得订单提供有力的保障。本文从业务流程优化的角度,通过对订单处理的各个子流程进行优化,从缩短交货期和加快客户响应速度两方面来提升公司的产品交付能力,力求最大限度地提高客户的满意度,从根本上解除企业所面临的问题,从而提高A公司的整体运营水平,最终重新赢得客户的信任。 本文以BPR思想入手,借助UML工具,根据流程优化的基本原则(ESIA)对A公司订单管理流程进行优化。首先将订单管理流程分为报价、订单审核和录入、生产计划和采购、订单执行、订单发货和结账这五个核心部分,分别对五个阶段的现有流程进行描述,并用UML的建模方法对其进行建模,画出相应的UML用例图、状态图、活动图、时序图;其次,根据所建的业务流程模型,分析现有流程所存在的问题。然后,就所提出的问题,提出合理的优化方案,并对优化后的业务流程进行UML建模。并且在优化的基础上,从组织结构、员工培训、绩效考核三方面提出相应的配套措施。最后,运用关键因素法从五个子流程中选出关键流程,对关键流程优化前后的数据进行比较分析,以此为依据对优化效果做出评价。
[Abstract]:Company A is the first class parts supplier of Otis Elevator. With the continuous increase of company orders, however, it has been using the old management mode and has not carried out corresponding management system reform. Various problems frequently arise, such as failure to deliver goods on time. High return rate and a steady stream of customer complaints and so on. However, when the problem appears, it is too subjective to analyze the problem objectively and effectively, which leads to the adoption of the wrong solution. The result is just the opposite, and the company has a serious management crisis. In view of the current crisis faced by enterprises, company A decided to take order management as the focus of improving customer service level. Will be on-time delivery and product quality, for the enterprise to re-win orders to provide a strong guarantee. From the point of view of business process optimization, this paper optimizes each sub-process of order processing to improve the product delivery ability of the company from two aspects: shortening the delivery time and accelerating the customer response speed. Try to improve customer satisfaction to the greatest extent, fundamentally remove the problems faced by the enterprise, so as to improve the overall operating level of company A, and finally win the trust of customers. Based on the idea of BPR and UML tools, this paper optimizes the order management process of company A according to the basic principle of process optimization. First of all, the order management process is divided into five core parts: quotation, order audit and entry, production plan and purchase, order execution, order delivery and checkout. The UML modeling method is used to model it, and the corresponding UML use case diagram, state diagram, activity diagram and timing diagram are drawn. Secondly, according to the established business process model, the problems existing in the existing process are analyzed. Then, a reasonable optimization scheme is proposed, and the optimized business process is modeled by UML. And on the basis of optimization, the corresponding supporting measures are put forward from organizational structure, employee training and performance appraisal. Finally, the key process is selected from five sub-processes by using the key factor method, and the data before and after the key process optimization are compared and analyzed, based on which the optimization effect is evaluated.
