基于SolidWorks的离心通风机参数化设计及研究

【摘要】:离心通风机是在国民经济各领域中广泛应用的一种通用机械,产品已经形成多个系列,设计和生产技术也在不断增强和改进。随着市场竞争的日益激烈化,如何提高产品设计效率、快速响应用户的设计需求,降低成本,对于提高企业效益和产品的市场竞争力具有重要的意义。目前在机械设计主流的手段仍停留在二维阶段,其存在设计过程不直观、工作量大、设计中的错误不易发现等缺陷,因而采用三维CAD技术进行产品的设计是必然的发展趋势。目前在离心通风机的设计过程中采用三维软件进行实体造型、出效果图等方面已经得到了一定的应用,但是针对离心通风机设计的计算机辅助设计的系统的研究尚处于探索阶段。本文开发的离心通风机CAD系统,提高了离心通风机选型和变型设计的效率,缩短了设计周期,提高了离心通风机三维参数化建模和向工程图纸转换的效率以及准确度,实现了离心通风机快速、高效、准确的设计。 离心通风机的设计制造己形成标准系列化产品,相同系列的风机之间的零部件结构和功能均相似,本文以系列化离心通风机为对象,以三维CAD软件SolidWorks为平台,结合Access数据库技术,采用面向对象的Visual Basic 6.0语言,对SolidWorks进行二次开发,建立了离心通风机的CAD系统。系统分为选型与变型设计模块和参数化设计模块两大部分,主要研究了离心通风机的快速选型、相似设计与气动力设计和基于SolidWorks进行参数化设计的关键技术,建立了有关离心通风机的各种模型库、数据库以及标准件库等。 离心通风机CAD系统的功能主要包括以下几个方面:(1)对离心通风机快速选型;(2)当没有选到合适风机型号时,通过变型设计模块可以快速设计出满足要求的风机;(3)实现参数化建模和参数化装配;(4)自动生成工程图,并对其进行调整,包括视图位置调整、视图比例调整、尺寸位置调整、明细表自动生成与调整、技术要求预添加等方面,实现生成的图纸能够完全满足企业生产的要求
[Abstract]:Centrifugal ventilator is a kind of universal machinery widely used in various fields of national economy. Many series of products have been formed and the design and production technology has been continuously enhanced and improved. With the increasingly fierce market competition, how to improve the efficiency of product design, quickly respond to the design needs of users, reduce costs, to improve the efficiency of enterprises and the market competitiveness of products has an important significance. At present, the mainstream method of mechanical design is still in the two-dimensional stage, which has some defects, such as the design process is not intuitive, the workload is large, the mistakes in the design are not easy to be found, so it is an inevitable development trend to adopt the three-dimensional CAD technology to design the products. At present, in the design process of centrifugal fan, 3D software is used for solid modeling, and the effect diagram has been applied to some extent. However, the research of CAD system for centrifugal fan design is still in the exploratory stage. The CAD system of centrifugal fan developed in this paper improves the efficiency of centrifugal fan selection and variant design, shortens the design cycle, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of 3D parametric modeling and conversion to engineering drawings of centrifugal fan. The centrifugal fan is designed quickly, efficiently and accurately. The design and manufacture of centrifugal fans have formed standard serialized products, and the components and functions of the same series of fans are similar. This paper takes serialized centrifugal ventilators as an object and takes 3D CAD software SolidWorks as the platform. Combined with Access database technology, the secondary development of SolidWorks is carried out by using object-oriented Visual basic 6.0 language, and the CAD system of centrifugal fan is established. The system is divided into two parts: type selection and variant design module and parametric design module. The key technologies of centrifugal fan selection, similar design and aerodynamic design and parameterized design based on SolidWorks are studied. The model base, database and standard parts database of centrifugal fan are established. The function of centrifugal fan CAD system mainly includes the following several aspects: 1) when the appropriate fan model is not selected, the fan can be designed quickly to meet the requirements through the variant design module. (3) realize parameterized modeling and parameterized assembly to generate engineering drawing automatically, and adjust it, including view position adjustment, view proportion adjustment, dimension position adjustment, detail list automatic generation and adjustment, technical requirement pre-addition and so on. The generated drawings can fully meet the requirements of enterprise production.
