面向质量目标的机械产品选配优化研究

【摘要】:为提高机械产品选配成功率和配合精度,减少装成品质量波动,考虑零件自身的质量损失和零件配合造成的质量损失,构建了表征产品质量的测度函数。考虑装成品质量波动、选配成功率、装成品配合精度三者之间的协调性,以最大化综合选配质量指标Q为目标,建立了基于解构造图的选配模型。把待选配零件抽象为选配模型的中间节点,采用蚁群算法,求解待选配零件的较优选配组合。最后,以曲柄组件的选配过程为例,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the success rate and matching precision of mechanical products and reduce the fluctuation of finished product quality, the measurement function of product quality was constructed considering the quality loss of parts themselves and the quality loss caused by parts matching. Considering the coordination among the quality fluctuation, the success rate and the precision of the finished product, the selection model based on the solution structure diagram is established with the aim of maximizing the comprehensive quality index Q. The part to be selected is abstracted as the middle node of the selection model, and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal matching combination of the parts to be selected. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the model are verified by taking the selection process of crank assembly as an example.
