基于离散模型的特大型齿轮齿廓偏差评价方法的研究

【摘要】:特大型齿轮主要用于重型机械传动和重大工程项目中,在国民经济和国防事业中发挥着不可替代的作用。目前,特大型齿轮的测量已经成为我国各项重大装备研制的制约因素。本文首先提出了基于齿面跟随测量技术的特大型齿轮测量方法,然后在此框架下提出了渐开线圆柱齿轮离散模型的建模方法,并利用该模型对特大型齿轮测量中涉及的齿廓偏差评价问题进行了研究。本文的研究内容主要有以下几个方面: 1)提出了特大型齿轮的测量方案,包括基于齿面跟随技术的特大型齿轮测量方法,基于激光跟踪测量技术的齿轮坐标系建立方法和基于离散模型的齿廓偏差评价方法三个方面,为后续研究提供了框架。 2)提出一种基于渐开线圆柱齿轮几何原理的离散模型的构建方法,确定了其在计算机中的存储结构,并提出了将齿轮连续模型离散化过程中选择变量的方法及步长的计算方法。 3)利用三坐标测量机扫描测量了用作齿轮测量中心测量基准的5级精度渐开线圆柱直齿轮和定制的12级精度渐开线圆柱直齿轮,得到了齿廓离散点的坐标值;阐述了实测齿廓离散模型的建立方法。 4)在所建立渐开线圆柱齿轮离散模型的基础上,研究了基于齿廓数据的齿轮截面圆心计算方法,并根据计算出的圆心对齿廓偏差进行了评价,将评价结果同齿轮测量中心的测量结果进行了比对,验证了算法的有效性。设计了基于离散模型的齿廓偏差评价方法仿真软件,提高齿廓偏差评价方法的易用性和计算程序的整体性。 本文的研究结果对于促进我国特大型齿轮制造和检测能力的提高,,提升重型装备的技术水平具有积极的意义。
[Abstract]:Super large gears are mainly used in heavy mechanical transmission and major engineering projects, and play an irreplaceable role in national economy and national defense. At present, the measurement of super-large gears has become a major equipment development constraints in China. In this paper, the measurement method of super large gear based on tooth surface following measurement technology is put forward, and then the modeling method of discrete model of involute cylindrical gear is presented in this framework. The model is used to evaluate the tooth profile deviation in the measurement of super large gears. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the measurement scheme of super large gear is put forward, including the measuring method of super large gear based on tooth surface following technology. The method of establishing gear coordinate system based on laser tracking measurement technology and the method of tooth profile deviation evaluation based on discrete model are discussed. A discrete model based on the geometric principle of involute cylindrical gear is proposed, and its storage structure in computer is determined. The method of selecting variables and calculating step size in the discretization process of gear continuous model are put forward. 3) the 5-level precision used as the measuring datum of measuring center of gear measurement is measured by CMM. Linear cylindrical spur gears and custom 12 grade precision involute cylindrical spur gears, The coordinate value of the discrete point of tooth profile is obtained, and the method of establishing discrete model of measured tooth profile is expounded. 4) based on the discrete model of involute cylindrical gear, the method of calculating the circle center of gear section based on tooth profile data is studied. The tooth profile deviation is evaluated according to the calculated center of the tooth. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by comparing the evaluation result with the measurement result of the gear measuring center. The simulation software of tooth profile deviation evaluation method based on discrete model is designed to improve the usability of tooth profile deviation evaluation method and the integrity of calculation program. The research results of this paper have positive significance for promoting the manufacturing and testing ability of super large gears in China and improving the technical level of heavy equipment.
