汽车起重机液压系统故障诊断专家系统的研究

【摘要】:本论文来源于重庆市科技特派员项目“8吨起重机液压系统故障诊断专家系统”(CSTC2009DA001-B)。近年来随着经济的高速发展,我国工程机械也在不断进步,汽车起重机为工程机械的一部分,为它带来了很大的发展机遇。液压系统是汽车起重机作业的关键部分,,液压系统应用过程中最难解决的问题是如何准确、快速的排除故障或预防,因此液压系统能否正常运行将直接影响到汽车起重机械能否正常作业。这也就意味着对汽车起重机液压系统故障诊断专家系统的研究有着非常重要的意义。 本文主要完成了一下几方面的工作: (1)针对汽车起重机液压系统的结构特点确定了液压系统产生故障的主要类型,分析了产生此类故障的原因,针对原因提出了故障的排除方法及改进措施,为汽车起重机液压系统故障诊断的专家系统知识库建立奠定了基础。 (2)提出了神经网络专家系统的汽车起重机液压系统故障诊断专家系统的开发方法,设计了神经网络专家系统的机构图,通过MATLAB软件的应用对汽车起重机液压系统故障实行了BP神经网络的故障诊断,确定了隐含节点数目,通过神经训练曲线可得收敛的速度,并且也可得出各个节点层的输入权值,最终得到诊断结果。 (3)对汽车起重机液压系统故障诊断的专家系统中的知识库和推理机进行了设计。 (4)综合以上知识库和神经网络方法综合应用,应用Visual Basic、MATLAB和Microsoft Access软件的建立了专家系统,实现了友好人机界面,通过此系统用户可以对汽车起重机液压系统故障进行查询,及时更新知识库内故障信息,为汽车起重机事业的发展起着进一步的促进作用,也为以后的液压系统设计起着良好的促进作用。
[Abstract]:This paper comes from Chongqing Science and Technology Commissioner Project "8 ton Crane hydraulic system Fault diagnosis expert system" (CSTC2009DA001-B). In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, construction machinery in China is also making continuous progress. As a part of construction machinery, truck crane has brought great opportunities for its development. Hydraulic system is the key part of truck crane operation. The most difficult problem in the application of hydraulic system is how to correct and quickly troubleshoot or prevent. Therefore, whether the hydraulic system can run normally will directly affect the normal operation of the truck lifting machinery. This means that the study of the hydraulic system fault diagnosis expert system of truck crane is of great significance. The main works of this paper are as follows: (1) according to the structural characteristics of hydraulic system of truck crane, the main types of hydraulic system fault are determined, and the causes of this kind of failure are analyzed. The troubleshooting methods and improvement measures are put forward for the reasons. It lays a foundation for the establishment of expert system knowledge base for fault diagnosis of hydraulic system of truck crane. (2) the development method of fault diagnosis expert system for hydraulic system of truck crane based on neural network expert system is presented. The mechanism diagram of neural network expert system is designed. The BP neural network fault diagnosis is carried out on the hydraulic system of truck crane by the application of MATLAB software. The number of hidden nodes is determined, and the convergence rate can be obtained by the neural training curve. And the input weights of each node layer can also be obtained. Finally, the diagnosis results are obtained. (3) the knowledge base and inference engine in the expert system of hydraulic system fault diagnosis of truck crane are designed. (4) the application of the above knowledge base and neural network method is integrated. The expert system is established by using Visual basic MATLAB and Microsoft Access software, and the friendly man-machine interface is realized. Through this system, users can query the hydraulic system faults of truck cranes and update the fault information in the knowledge bank in time. It plays a further role in promoting the development of truck crane, and also plays a good role in the design of hydraulic system in the future.
