应用RFID的柔性混流式及时制造模式研究
[Abstract]:RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a hot spot in application in recent years. Compared with other information identification technology, it has the advantages of long transmission distance, waterproof, magnetic proof, high temperature resistance, non-contact two-way data transmission and so on. This paper discusses the feasibility and advantages of RFID technology applied to the production execution system of multi-variety variable batch parts in mixed production and timely production mode, and studies the hardware and software structure of this kind of mode. The related functions of the control platform in this mode are designed. Aiming at the problems of timely adjustment and optimization brought about by multi-variety variable batch production and order manufacturing, this paper discusses and studies the production organization and scheduling of multi-variety variable batch parts under the timely production mode by using RFID technology. In this paper, the process sequence, equipment manufacturing capability, delivery time, disturbance and other constraints in mixed flow production and timely production scheduling mode are analyzed, and the overall execution control strategy is formulated. The component family is produced in time in the manufacturing execution system which is constructed by RFID technology as the means of data transmission. The improved genetic algorithm is used to schedule and optimize the timely production of multi-variety variable batch parts in constrained mode. By comparing the coding information carried on RFID tag and the real-time processing information, the part tray with parts is guided to run on the mixed-flow production line, and the workpiece to be processed is transported to the corresponding equipment in time; After processing, according to whether the machining position needs to be assembled or not, whether to store the processing data for subsequent selective assembly call. Finally, the scheduling operation management platform is designed for the timely production of multi-variety variable batch parts, which combines the characteristics and advantages of the timely manufacturing, mixed production and manufacturing execution systems, and uses static database to store basic information. Dynamic database stores dynamic scheduling information, which makes data access easier and more intuitive. Through the application of RFID technology to the production and manufacture of multi-variety and variable-batch parts, the efficiency of this kind of production is effectively improved, and the timely manufacturing, scheduling optimization, scheduling plan execution, and accurate delivery of mixed production are achieved. The dynamic preservation of real-time processing data is of great significance.
