人民币自动识别器的结构设计研究

【摘要】:纸币识别器被广泛应用于银行、零售、交通等需要自助缴纳纸币的场所,目前各金融行业的纸币识别器产品多为国外产品,为打破国外在纸币识别器行业上的垄断局面,满足国内金融行业对纸币识别器高性价比的要求,有必要针对人民币,研制一种高可靠性且集纸币真伪鉴别、防钓币及纸币压箱等功能于一体的纸币自动识别系统。 本文首先对国内纸币识别器市场进行了调研,通过对国外主要纸币识别器产品的主要功能及性能进行了分析研究,明确了针对国内人民币的纸币识别器产品的功能及参数,并对纸币识别器的关键技术进行了分析。 对纸币识别器的关键结构进行了设计,主要包括纸币传输机构、纸币纠偏结构及压箱机构,重点讨论了运用ADMAS对压箱机构进行了运动学及动力学分析,结果表明:摆杆式压箱机构驱动力矩及压轴力较凸轮式压箱机构大,但是考虑到凸轮式压箱机构的可靠性不如摆杆式压箱机构好,且位置选择受限较大,最后选择了摆杆式压箱机构。 对纸币识别器的关键零部件进行了仿真分析,针对压箱机构驱动轮轴承受巨大的压轴力,运用ABAQUS对压箱机构的固定支架进行了强度校核,仿真表明:固定支架的强度满足要求;运用ABAQUS对安全钱箱进行了跌落仿真,仿真表明:安全钱箱底面及尖角首先着地时,其应力、应变及动能存在巨大的突变,但是应力仍小于其材料的屈服应力,即安全钱箱满足跌落强度要求。 对纸币识别器系统进行了集成测试,测试的项目主要包括纸币识别器通道的顺畅性测试、纸币位置传输偏差测试及纸币识别器连续性工作稳定性测试(包括运行稳定性测试、扫描一致性、卡币率及压币稳定性测试),测试表明:各项测试均满足测试要求,具有较高的稳定性。 本文是对金融领域识币产品的开发,,主要进行了纸币识别系统结构的设计及分析,讨论了纸币传输、纸币纠偏及压箱等问题,得出的一些结论、数据,为纸币识别设备及其它相关设备的功能实现提供了一定的参考,研制的纸币识别器产品具有一定的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Paper currency recognizer is widely used in banks, retail, transportation and other places to pay paper money. At present, most of the banknote recognizers are foreign products. In order to break the monopoly situation in the paper currency recognition industry and meet the demand of high price ratio of banknote recognizers in the domestic financial industry, it is necessary to aim at the people. Currency, the development of a high reliability and authenticity of paper currency identification, anti fishing currency and banknote pressure box functions in one automatic banknote recognition system.
In this paper, the domestic paper currency recognizer market is investigated and the main function and performance of the foreign main paper currency recognizer products are analyzed and studied. The functions and parameters of the banknote recognizer products in China are clarified, and the key technology of the paper currency recognizer is analyzed.
The key structure of the paper currency recognizer is designed, mainly including the paper currency transmission mechanism, the paper currency rectification structure and the pressure box mechanism. The kinematic and dynamic analysis of the press box mechanism by using ADMAS is emphatically discussed. The results show that the driving torque and the axial force of the pendulum rod type pressure box mechanism are larger than that of the convex wheel type pressure box mechanism, but the convex hull mechanism is considered to be convex. The reliability of the wheel press box mechanism is not as good as that of the swing bar press box mechanism, and the location selection is limited. Finally, the swing bar type pressure box mechanism is selected.
The key parts of the paper currency recognizer are simulated and analyzed. The strength check is carried out by ABAQUS for the fixed support of the pressure box mechanism. The simulation shows that the strength of the fixed bracket meets the requirements. The simulation shows that the safety money box is falling down with ABAQUS, and the simulation shows that the safety of the safety money box is safe. The stress, strain and kinetic energy of the bottom of the box and the tip of the box have a huge sudden change, but the stress is still less than the yield stress of the material, that is, the safety box meets the drop strength requirement.
The integrated test of the paper currency recognition system is carried out. The test items mainly include the smoothness test of the banknote identifier channel, the deviation test of the paper currency position transmission and the stability test of the continuous work of the banknote recognizer (including the running stability test, the scanning consistency, the card currency rate and the stability test of the currency). It meets the test requirements and has high stability.
This article is the development of money recognition products in the financial field, mainly the design and analysis of the structure of the paper currency recognition system. The paper discusses some problems, such as paper currency transmission, paper currency correction and pressure box, and some conclusions and data, which provide some reference for the function realization of paper currency recognition equipment and other related equipment. It has a certain value of application.
