南宁高性能铝合金板带型材项目风险管理研究

【摘要】：控制和规避项目风险对于研究铝加工项目建设的必要性和可行性具有十分重要的现实意义。本论文基于项目风险管理的研究视角,依托南宁高性能铝合金板带型材项目开展研究,运用SWOT分析,探讨项目建设上面临的政策、资金、市场、建设、专业技术和人才、管理、财务等诸多风险,通过风险评估,提出相应的对策和建议,从而得出项目经济可行,风险可控,效益显著的结论,具有一定的理论和实践价值。
[Abstract]:It is very important to control and avoid the project risk for studying the necessity and feasibility of aluminum processing project construction. In this paper, based on the research perspective of project risk management, relying on the Nanning high performance aluminum alloy sheet and strip profile project to carry out research, using SWOT analysis, to explore the project construction policy, capital, market, construction, professional technology and talent, management, Many risks, such as finance, through risk assessment, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to draw the conclusion that the project is economically feasible, the risk is controllable, and the benefit is significant, which has certain theoretical and practical value.
