中小企业云制造服务描述与实现

【摘要】：云制造是一种基于网络的，面向服务的智慧制造新模式，，这种模式下的云制造服务涉及的领域众多、种类复杂、术语体系庞大且不统一，使得云制造服务的检索技术成为构建云制造服务平台的关键。 本文以“中小企业云制造服务平台共性关键技术研究”课题为依托，以中小企业云制造服务本体模型建立为核心，研究了中小企业云制造服务分类和服务描述方法，为云制造服务检索奠定基础。文中首先分析了云制造模式下交易的核心商品即制造资源和制造能力的内涵、分类、虚拟化及服务封装方法；然后归纳总结了云制造服务的公共属性和特有属性，分别对购买/租赁服务和设计/生产加工/检测/销售服务进行了描述，并建立了中小企业云制造供需能力模型；最后在平台上实现了中小企业云制造服务的分类及描述。 通过对云制造服务分类、服务供需能力建模和服务描述的研究，实现了云制造服务知识的结构化表示，为云制造服务平台的实现和用户对服务的精准搜索提供了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Cloud manufacturing is a new network-based, service-oriented intelligent manufacturing model. Cloud manufacturing services in this model involve many fields, complex types, large and inconsistent terminology system. The retrieval technology of cloud manufacturing service becomes the key to construct cloud manufacturing service platform. In this paper, the classification and description method of cloud manufacturing service for small and medium-sized enterprises are studied, based on the topic of "Research on the Common key Technologies of Cloud Manufacturing Service platform of small and Medium-sized Enterprises", and the ontology model of cloud manufacturing service in small and medium-sized enterprises as the core. It lays the foundation for cloud manufacturing service retrieval. This paper first analyzes the connotation, classification, virtualization and service encapsulation of the core commodities in the cloud manufacturing mode, namely manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities, and then summarizes the common and special attributes of cloud manufacturing services. The purchase / lease service and the design / production processing / testing / sales service are described, and the model of cloud manufacturing supply and demand ability of small and medium-sized enterprises is established. Finally, the classification and description of cloud manufacturing service for small and medium-sized enterprises are realized on the platform. Through the research of cloud manufacturing service classification, service supply-demand capability modeling and service description, the structured representation of cloud manufacturing service knowledge is realized, which provides a solid foundation for the implementation of cloud manufacturing service platform and the accurate search of service by users.
