化工专用控制阀关键技术研究与高性能系列控制阀研制

【摘要】:本课题是企业根据市场对控制阀产品的换代需求而进行的产品研发项目,要求产品达到或超过国外同类产品的性能水平。考虑到在化工领域的各种特殊需求与控制阀产品所对应的性能指标,综合应用机械、力学、物理、材料等多门学科的理论与方法,以及企业多年对控制阀产品的设计、生产经验,并且针对不同的具体工况采用不同的解决方法,从而设计并制造出不同规格型号的具有较高性能的控制阀产品,形成化工专用高性能系列控制阀产品。 本文首先介绍控制阀在化工领域的基本应用,指出在化工领域不同工况下对控制阀的基本要求是泄漏量等级高,流通能力大,流量特性理想,基本误差低,操作稳定,拆验便捷等。针对这些性能需求,结合控制阀的选型和计算,本文对影响控制阀性能的多种因素进行了深入分析和必要的试验研究,在此基础上提出对控制阀结构的改进设计,并通过样机试制,流量实验以及现场试运行等手段,验证了新一代控制阀产品的有效性、可行性和高性能。 通过客户反馈可知,该产品完全达到预期目标,性能完善且工作可靠,性能与价格比符合我国仪器仪表行业的实际情况,具有良好的市场潜力和推广应用价值。
[Abstract]:This subject is a product research and development project according to the market demand of the control valve products, which requires the products to reach or exceed the performance level of the same kind of foreign products. Considering all kinds of special requirements in the field of chemical engineering and the performance indexes corresponding to the control valve products, the theories and methods of integrated application of various disciplines, such as machinery, mechanics, physics, materials, etc., as well as the design of control valve products for many years by enterprises, Production experience, and different solutions to different specific conditions, so as to design and manufacture different specifications of the control valve products with higher performance, forming a special series of high performance control valve products for chemical industry. This paper first introduces the basic application of control valve in chemical engineering field, and points out that the basic requirements of control valve under different working conditions in chemical field are high leakage level, large circulation capacity, ideal flow characteristic, low basic error and stable operation. Easy to disassemble and inspect, etc. According to these performance requirements and combined with the selection and calculation of the control valve, this paper makes a thorough analysis and necessary experimental study on various factors that affect the performance of the control valve, and then puts forward the improved design of the control valve structure. The validity, feasibility and high performance of the new generation control valve products are verified by means of prototype trial production, flow test and field trial operation. According to customer feedback, the product has achieved the expected goal, perfect performance and reliable work, the ratio of performance to price is in line with the actual situation of our country's instrument and instrument industry, and has good market potential and application value.
