高危工况机械密封辅助装置的研究与应用

【摘要】:近年来,国内的炼化行业发生了多起由于高危介质泄漏引起的爆炸事件,造成了不良的社会影响。本论文对高危介质工况的特性进行了研究和分析,发现现有的高危泵密封辅助装置存在安全缺陷。炼化行业对高危介质泵的改造势在必行,研发新的高危泵机械密封辅助装置是解决问题的关键,具有良好的市场前景。 本论文总结了机械密封辅助装置的作用;介绍了高危泵机械密封辅助装置常用的设备;推导了机械密封辅助装置常用的计算公式;介绍了机械密封辅助装置常用的辅助方案。对国内现有高危泵机械密封辅助装置和机械密封的布置方式进行了分析,得出了现有高危泵机械密封辅助装置和机械密封布置方式存在的问题。根据现有高危泵机械密封辅助装置和布置方式存在的问题,以及高危泵的特性结合国内外现有技术提出了高温油泵、轻烃泵、有毒有害介质泵的机械密封辅助装置解决的具体方案。将机械密封的布置方式由单端面改为双端面密封,避免了高温油泵主密封的损坏,高温易燃介质外漏造成的危险;实现了轻烃泵、有毒有害介质泵的零溢出。 通过对机械密封布置方式和机械密封辅助装置的改进,解决了现有高危泵机械密封及辅助装置存在的问题。本论文所提出的高危泵辅助装置解决方案经过了现场的检验,证明是安全有效的,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been many explosion events caused by high risk medium leakage in domestic refining and chemical industry, which has caused bad social impact. In this paper, the characteristics of high-risk medium working condition are studied and analyzed, and it is found that the existing high-risk pump sealing auxiliary device has safety defects. It is imperative to reform the high risk medium pump in the refining and chemical industry. It is the key to solve the problem and has a good market prospect to develop a new mechanical seal auxiliary device for the high risk pump. This paper summarizes the function of mechanical seal auxiliary device, introduces the equipment commonly used in mechanical seal auxiliary device of high risk pump, deduces the commonly used calculation formula of mechanical seal auxiliary device, and introduces the commonly used auxiliary scheme of mechanical seal auxiliary device. This paper analyzes the arrangement of mechanical seal auxiliary device and mechanical seal of high risk pump in China, and points out the existing problems of mechanical seal auxiliary device and mechanical seal arrangement of high risk pump. According to the problems existing in the mechanical seal auxiliary device and arrangement mode of the high risk pump and the characteristics of the high risk pump combined with the existing technology at home and abroad, the high temperature oil pump and the light hydrocarbon pump are put forward. The concrete scheme of solving the mechanical seal auxiliary device of toxic and harmful medium pump. The arrangement of mechanical seal is changed from single face to double end seal to avoid the damage of main seal of high temperature oil pump and the danger caused by leakage of high temperature flammable medium, and the zero overflow of light hydrocarbon pump and toxic and harmful medium pump is realized. By improving the arrangement of mechanical seal and the auxiliary device of mechanical seal, the existing problems of mechanical seal and auxiliary device of high risk pump are solved. The solution of the high risk pump auxiliary device presented in this paper has been tested on the spot and proved to be safe and effective, which has created good economic benefits for the enterprise.
