基于INVENTOR的减速器的三维实体设计
[Abstract]:In the field of computer-aided design, the use of Inventor software for mechanical design is more and more widely accepted by engineers, this software has its special advantages over the previous CAD software in solid modeling. Using Inventor to design the reducer is the main content to be discussed in this paper. The design of the reducer includes gear, transmission shaft, box cover, bottom box, and so on, and also studies the modeling characteristics of these parts. At the same time, we also need to check these designed parts, in addition, we also need to generate engineering drawings for the parts, as well as assembly engineering drawings composed of various assembly relationships, and express views, etc. This is also adapted to the actual requirements of modern production. The single stage cylindrical gear reducer is an important part of this paper, from modeling to internal structure, and finally to generating engineering drawings. The top-down design concept can be realized by using Inventor software, which provides a convenient condition for the functional design of the product. The designer can complete the assembly relationship while designing, making the process of 3D modeling design more effective. This is the best way to achieve this effect in tools such as CAD/CAM. More directly, the designer's intentions can be realized. By adopting the design process of 3D modeling directly, the idea in the mind of the designer will be displayed more quickly. Some mathematical and geometric design parameters can also be reflected on the design model and can be used for research. It is convenient to adopt this design in the whole process, and all kinds of data can be easily unified. However, every design under the current design still needs to have the plane engineering drawing embodiment, this is one kind of reasonable union with the traditional working procedure.
