车间设备布局建模分析及基于eM-Plant的仿真优化
[Abstract]:The layout of workshop equipment is the key problem of enterprise production planning. How to design a good layout of equipment to meet the constraints of workshop environment and minimize logistics costs is not only the core issue of enterprise concern. It is also a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad. According to the demand of the enterprise and the actual production situation, the paper applies genetic algorithm and computer simulation technology to seek the optimized equipment layout design for the enterprise. Firstly, the research status of workshop equipment layout at home and abroad is described, the main steps and methods of discrete event system simulation technology and its application in workshop equipment layout are studied. By studying the existing workshop layout models and algorithms, the mathematical model of complex workshop equipment layout is established in combination with the actual workshop conditions. According to the idea of genetic algorithm, the genetic operation operator suitable for the actual situation is designed. MATLAB genetic toolbox is used to solve the initial layout. Finally, the effectiveness of the initial layout is verified by using the simulation software eM-Plant, three evaluation indexes are defined and the initial layout is analyzed in order to find a more perfect layout scheme. This paper puts forward three improvement directions, including improving the processing performance of the equipment, increasing the number of key equipment and improving the process route. The simulation results show that the improved scheme III has obvious advantages in terms of production capacity and unit logistics cost, and can bring more considerable economic benefits to enterprises. In this paper, the genetic algorithm and computer simulation technology are effectively combined to solve the corresponding layout model successfully according to the specific production situation of the enterprise, which reduces the design cost for the enterprise. The research results can be used for reference in the layout design of workshop equipment in other enterprises.
