修磨台车驱动系统分析及平衡阀的研究和开发

【摘要】:论文涉及的液压平衡阀是一个集成阀体,是修磨台车驱动液压系统关键部件之一。文中系统分析了平衡阀使用的设备概况和液压驱动系统。 本文对平衡阀的工作原理进行了较透彻的剖析,通过对损坏阀体的解体测绘,仔细探究了平衡阀的技术特点、损坏的原因和开发的技术难点,并根据国内具体条件,提出平衡阀开发的整体技术改进方案,制作零部件,进行装配,为方便安装,新开发的制动阀其接口尺寸和外形尺寸按原阀尺寸保持不变,外部结构保持不变各阀件只做内部结构调整,从而满足实际生产的需要。 为了不影响平衡阀的工作特性,对此平衡阀的动态特性做一些定性的仿真研究,保证改造后的平衡阀的动、静态特性,通过仿真验证数学模型的正确性及平衡阀优化设计方案的可行性,并为现场的正常使用提供初步的理论依据。 根据现场生产节奏,合理安排上机时间,并和现场人员对投入试用的平衡阀系统进行观测和数据收集,经过数据处理和仿真结果进行比较,得出结论。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic balance valve is an integrated valve body, which is one of the key components of the hydraulic system driven by the grinder. The general situation of the equipment and the hydraulic drive system of the balance valve are analyzed systematically in this paper. In this paper, the working principle of the balance valve is thoroughly analyzed, and through the disassembly mapping of the damaged valve body, the technical characteristics, the causes of the damage and the technical difficulties of the development of the balance valve are carefully explored, and according to the domestic specific conditions, The integral technical improvement scheme of balance valve development is put forward, parts and components are made and assembled. In order to facilitate installation, the newly developed brake valve's interface size and shape size remain unchanged according to the original valve size. The external structure remains the same. The valves only adjust the internal structure to meet the actual production needs. In order not to affect the working characteristics of the balance valve, some qualitative simulation studies on the dynamic characteristics of the balance valve are made to ensure the dynamic and static characteristics of the modified balance valve. The correctness of the mathematical model and the feasibility of the optimal design of the balance valve are verified by simulation, and the preliminary theoretical basis for the normal use of the field is provided. According to the production rhythm of the site, reasonable arrangement of the time to start the machine, and field personnel to the balance valve system put into trial observation and data collection, after data processing and simulation results are compared, draw a conclusion.
