【摘要】:本课题应用的公司是采用订单式生产方式的制造型企业。随着经济的日益全球化,面对诸多的竞争对手,,该公司正由传统的管理模式转向全面的信息化管理。对于制造型企业,车间是企业的关键生产机构,是企业的物化中心,也是大量实时制造信息的集散地。 本文是对该企业制造车间中设备与工艺能力进行管理的系统。制造企业生产中最基本的生产投入为设备,生产过程中最基本的要素为工艺。因此设备与工艺能力的信息管理系统的开发对企业的生产管理有着十分重要的意义。 本论文首先分析了国内外设备与工艺管理的现状与发展趋势,为系统的设计奠定理论基础;其次,研究先进的信息化技术,并利用相关的软件工程和面向对象的设计方法,为系统奠定技术基础;再次,以客户需求为主线,对设备与工艺相关部门进行需求分析,为系统的开发提供事实依据;最后,根据需求分析的结论,采用模块独立设计的原则,应用.NET平台开发了基于WEB的信息管理系统。 设备与工艺能力信息管理系统的实施可以有效的保证企业制造过程中的连续性和均衡性,提高工作效率,降低生产成本;是及时完成生产任务较为现代化的管理手段,更是该公司全面信息化中十分重要的一步。以最终实现该公司管理模式的转化,提高企业的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:The company that this subject applies is the manufacturing enterprise that uses order mode of production. With the globalization of economy, facing many competitors, the company is changing from traditional management mode to comprehensive information management. For manufacturing enterprises, workshop is the key production organization, the physical and chemical center of the enterprise, and the distribution center of a large amount of real-time manufacturing information. This paper is a management system of equipment and process capability in the manufacturing workshop of this enterprise. The most basic production input of manufacturing enterprise is equipment, and the most basic element of production process is process. Therefore, the development of information management system of equipment and process capability is of great significance to the production management of enterprises. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation and development trend of equipment and process management at home and abroad to lay a theoretical foundation for the design of the system, secondly, studies advanced information technology, and makes use of relevant software engineering and object-oriented design methods. Lay a technical foundation for the system; thirdly, take customer demand as the main line, the equipment and process related departments to provide a factual basis for the development of the system; finally, according to the conclusion of the demand analysis, using the principle of independent module design, The information management system based on WEB is developed based on. Net platform. The implementation of equipment and process capability information management system can effectively guarantee the continuity and balance in the manufacturing process of enterprises, improve work efficiency, reduce production costs, and is a more modern management means to complete production tasks in time. It is a very important step in the full information of the company. In order to achieve the ultimate transformation of the company's management model, improve the competitiveness of the market.
