循环氨水泵机械密封失效的原因分析及处理

【摘要】:循环氨水泵是山钢济南分公司化工厂的关键设备之一,循环氨水泵的密封性与泵的运行效率有着非常密切的关系。文章提出优化循环氨水泵机械密封的方式以及密封性出现问题的原因,对循环氨水泵的机械密封形式进行高效率的改造和处理,修改循环氨水泵的机械性密封方案,克服了原有泵的密封性问题,使得循环氨水泵的运行效率大大提高,节省了泵操作的人员成本以及物料耗损成本,对其经济效益的节省做出了很大的贡献。
[Abstract]:Circulating ammonia pump is one of the key equipments in chemical plant of Jinan Branch of Shanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The sealing of circulating ammonia pump is closely related to the efficiency of pump operation. This paper puts forward the ways to optimize the mechanical seal of circulating ammonia pump and the reasons for the problems in sealing property. The mechanical seal of circulating ammonia pump is reformed and treated with high efficiency, and the mechanical seal scheme of circulating ammonia pump is modified. It overcomes the sealing problem of the original pump, greatly improves the operating efficiency of the circulating ammonia pump, saves the staff cost and material consumption cost of the pump operation, and makes a great contribution to the economic efficiency saving.
