基于负荷均衡准则的产业集群制造资源优化配置研究

【摘要】:同类制造资源在相同区域聚集是产业集群的显著特征之一,相应的资源配置方式决定了集群的运作效率。因此探讨如何加强集群企业的引导和规划,在集群中引入一种低成本、适合中小企业的资源优化配置模式,从而实现有效组织和整合制造资源,提高集群制造资源利用率,具有积极意义。 本文以集群理论、企业能力理论、敏捷制造理论、资源依赖理论、资源建模方法等为基础,以浙江省内中小企业为主体的产业集群为研究对象,在国家自然科学基金项目“生产负荷率均衡准则下的多供应商订单分配决策”(编号70871062)和浙江省自然科学基金项目“基于制造机群工作电流的设备负荷参数测量技术研究”(编号Y1080429)的资助下,研究了基于负荷均衡的产业集群制造资源优化配置策略,构建了面向供应商制造单元的制造资源信息模型,建立了基于供应商生产状况,旨在能够提高集群制造资源利用率,并兼顾供应商利益和制造商效用的任务分配机制,可为供应链的整体优化和集群的持续发展提供决策依据。 论文首先依据产业集群制造资源的特征,提出以制造单元为基本单位对集群制造资源进行组织管理,进一步给出了制造单元的属性描述,并构建了制造单元资源信息模型。在此基础上,建立了多准则、多层次的制造单元综合性能评价体系,综合运用熵值法和AHP方法获取制造单元综合性能的评价结果。 负荷率均衡是集群制造资源优化配置模式的基础准则。本文结合能力本体论解析了制造单元的负荷率,并给出了负荷率及其均衡的描述和表达,进一步分别从负荷率在资源配置中的作用机制,负荷率均衡准则下集群订单响应的敏捷性和集群制造资源利用状况三个方面来详细阐述负荷率均衡准则在集群制造资源配置中的有效性和可行性。 集群制造资源的优化配置应始于任务的分解,本文给出了基于负荷率均衡准则优化集群制造资源配置的流程,并指出该问题的核心是基于负荷率均衡的任务分配,在此基础上,构建了旨在优化集群制造资源配置并同时兼顾订单利益的多目标任务分配模型,并结合实例,利用遗传算法对模型进行求解,从而验证了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:The clustering of similar manufacturing resources in the same region is one of the remarkable characteristics of industrial clusters. The corresponding allocation of resources determines the operational efficiency of clusters. Therefore, this paper discusses how to strengthen the guidance and planning of cluster enterprises, introduce a low cost and suitable resource allocation model for small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to effectively organize and integrate manufacturing resources and improve the utilization ratio of manufacturing resources in clusters. It is of positive significance. Based on cluster theory, enterprise capability theory, agile manufacturing theory, resource dependence theory and resource modeling method, this paper takes the industrial cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province as the research object. Multiple supplier order allocation decision under the National Natural Science Foundation Project "production load rate equilibrium criteria" (No. 70871062) and Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation Project "equipment load Parameter Measurement based on working current of Manufacturing Cluster" Funded by Technical Research (No. Y1080429), This paper studies the optimal allocation strategy of manufacturing resources in industrial clusters based on load balance, constructs a manufacturing resource information model for supplier manufacturing cells, and establishes a manufacturing resource information model based on supplier production, aiming at improving the utilization ratio of manufacturing resources in clusters. The task allocation mechanism which takes into account the interests of the supplier and the utility of the manufacturer can provide the decision basis for the overall optimization of the supply chain and the sustainable development of the cluster. Firstly, according to the characteristics of manufacturing resources in industrial clusters, this paper proposes to organize and manage manufacturing resources in clusters with manufacturing cells as the basic unit, and further gives the attribute description of manufacturing cells, and constructs the information model of manufacturing cell resources. On this basis, a multi-criteria and multi-level comprehensive performance evaluation system of manufacturing cells is established. The comprehensive performance evaluation results of manufacturing cells are obtained by using entropy method and AHP method. Load rate equilibrium is the basic criterion for optimal allocation of cluster manufacturing resources. In this paper, the load rate of manufacturing cell is analyzed based on capacity ontology, and the description and expression of load rate and its equilibrium are given. Furthermore, the mechanism of load rate in resource allocation is discussed separately. In this paper, the agility of cluster order response and the utilization of cluster manufacturing resources under load rate equilibrium criterion are discussed in detail to illustrate the validity and feasibility of load rate equilibrium criterion in cluster manufacturing resource allocation. The optimal allocation of cluster manufacturing resources should begin with the task decomposition. This paper presents the process of optimizing cluster manufacturing resource allocation based on load rate equilibrium criterion, and points out that the core of this problem is the task allocation based on load rate equilibrium. A multi-objective task allocation model is constructed to optimize the allocation of manufacturing resources and take account of the interests of orders at the same time. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model, which verifies the validity of the model.
