基于DSP的嵌入式煤矿提升机天轮轴承故障诊断系统研究

【摘要】:轴承是旋转机械中使用最多、最为关键,同时也是最容易损坏的机械零件之一。轴承的好坏直接影响到整个机械设备的正常运行,而矿井提升机天轮轴承作为煤矿安全生产最为重要的机械零件,其运行状态的好坏直接影响到煤矿的安全生产和经济效益,因此对矿井提升机天轮轴承进行故障诊断具有十分重要的意义。 本文重点介绍了轴承故障诊断理论,研究了轴承故障简易诊断方法和精密诊断方法,通过对实验室轴承故障模拟实验台数据和实测的济宁二号煤矿提升机天轮轴承数据进行仿真、分析,结果表明本文所提出的轴承故障诊断方法不仅能有效地检测出轴承早期故障,而且能有效地判断出轴承的故障类型。应用本文研究的滚动轴承故障诊断方法成功的设计了基于DSP的嵌入式提升机天轮轴承故障诊断系统,并将该系统应用于济宁二号煤矿提升机天轮轴承的在线监控,取得了良好的效果。 本文主要完成的工作如下: 讨论了轴承故障简易诊断算法——时域参数法,通过对实验室轴承故障模拟实验台数据和实测的济宁二号煤矿提升机天轮轴承数据的分析、对比,得出了稳定性好、抗干扰能力强的时域特征参数,并将其应用于轴承故障简易诊断中。 研究了轴承故障信号提纯的方法和小波包分析方法,并将两者有机结合起来应用于轴承故障精密诊断。通过对实验数据和实测数据的仿真分析,结果表明该方法不仅能有效地抑制了外界环境噪声的干扰而且能准确的判断出轴承的故障类型,达到了对轴承故障精密诊断的目的。 讨论了基于DSP的矿井提升机天轮轴承故障诊断系统的硬件设计和软件设计,介绍了本文研究的算法在DSP上的实现,探讨了DSP与上位机组态软件通讯方法的实现和轴承故障监控平台的实现等问题,并将软件系统和硬件系统有机的结合起来,成功地构建了基于DSP的嵌入式矿井提升机天轮轴承故障诊断系统。 最后介绍了本文设计的轴承故障诊断系统在济宁二号煤矿的实际使用情况和故障诊断效果。
[Abstract]:Bearing is one of the most important and easily damaged parts in rotating machinery. The quality of the bearing directly affects the normal operation of the whole mechanical equipment. As the most important mechanical part in the coal mine safety production, the operation state of the mine hoist sky wheel bearing has a direct impact on the safety production and economic benefits of the coal mine. Therefore, it is very important to diagnose the fault of mine hoist bearing. In this paper, the theory of bearing fault diagnosis is introduced, and the simple and accurate diagnosis method of bearing fault is studied. Through the simulation and analysis of the experimental data of the laboratory bearing fault simulation bench and the measured data of the sky wheel bearing of the Jining No. 2 coal mine hoist, The results show that the bearing fault diagnosis method presented in this paper can not only effectively detect the early fault of bearing, but also can effectively judge the fault type of bearing. Using the rolling bearing fault diagnosis method studied in this paper, the fault diagnosis system of the sky wheel bearing of the embedded hoist based on DSP is successfully designed, and the system is applied to the on-line monitoring of the sky wheel bearing of the No. 2 coal mine hoist in Jining coal mine. Good results have been achieved. The main work of this paper is as follows: the simple fault diagnosis algorithm of bearing, the time domain parameter method, is discussed. Through the analysis of the data of the laboratory bearing fault simulation test bench and the measured data of the sky wheel bearing of the Jining No. 2 coal mine hoist, the time domain characteristic parameters with good stability and strong anti-interference ability are obtained. It is applied to the simple diagnosis of bearing fault. The methods of bearing fault signal purification and wavelet packet analysis are studied, and the two methods are applied to the precision diagnosis of bearing fault. Through the simulation analysis of the experimental data and the measured data, the results show that the method can not only effectively suppress the external noise interference, but also accurately judge the bearing fault type, and achieve the purpose of accurate diagnosis of bearing fault. This paper discusses the hardware design and software design of the fault diagnosis system for the bearing of mine hoist based on DSP, and introduces the realization of the algorithm studied in this paper on DSP. This paper discusses the realization of communication method between DSP and upper computer configuration software and the realization of bearing fault monitoring platform, and organically combines software system with hardware system. The fault diagnosis system of the sky wheel bearing of the mine hoist based on DSP is successfully constructed. Finally, the actual application and fault diagnosis effect of bearing fault diagnosis system designed in Jining No. 2 Coal Mine are introduced.
