基于模糊理论的核级蝶阀可靠性与安全性分析

【摘要】:核电是清洁能源,积极推进核电建设已成为我国重要的能源战略方针。核电设备是核电建设的基础,核电阀门在核电设备中占很大比重。随着核电阀门的需求量逐渐增多,提高核电阀门的可靠性势在必得。然而,目前一些传统的可靠性分析方法应用于核电设备时,由于核电设备的特殊性,这些方法和技术均有其各自的不足。基于模糊理论的可靠性分析可以在一定程度上弥补这些传统方法的不足之处。 本文简要介绍了模糊理论和可靠性的基本理论及其研究现状,工程应用特点,国内外核电阀门的发展状况。然后介绍了FTA,FMECA和模糊综合评判法的分析步骤和应用流程。接着以核电站的蝶阀为示例,阐述FTA技术在核电阀门研究中应用的特点及方法,对核级蝶阀的故障模式,原因,影响危害度进行分析,根据分析结果,对引起核级蝶阀失效的所有故障提出改进措施和方法,并为后面的核级蝶阀的安全性评估作准备。对核级蝶阀的安全性评估,首先对核级蝶阀进行FMECA分析,得出FMECA报表,在此基础上,运用模糊综合评判法对其进行安全性分析,获得安全性评分。最后总结出能持续改进核级蝶阀可靠性和安全性的循环过程图,进而强调在研究一般性产品中,这种循环都是有价值的,能持续的经济有效的提高产品的质量和可靠性。
[Abstract]:Nuclear power is a clean energy, and actively promoting nuclear power construction has become an important energy strategy in China. Nuclear power equipment is the basis of nuclear power construction, nuclear power valves in nuclear power equipment account for a large proportion. With the increasing demand for nuclear valves, it is necessary to improve the reliability of nuclear valves. However, when some traditional reliability analysis methods are applied to nuclear power equipment, due to the particularity of nuclear power equipment, these methods and technologies have their own shortcomings. The reliability analysis based on fuzzy theory can remedy the shortcomings of these traditional methods to some extent. This paper briefly introduces the basic theory of fuzzy theory and reliability, the present situation of research, the characteristics of engineering application, and the development of nuclear power valves at home and abroad. Then the analysis steps and application flow of FTAA FMECA and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are introduced. Then taking the butterfly valve of nuclear power plant as an example, this paper expounds the characteristics and methods of the application of FTA technology in the research of nuclear power valve, analyzes the failure mode, cause and influence hazard of nuclear butterfly valve, and according to the analysis result, The improvement measures and methods for all failures of nuclear butterfly valve are put forward, and the safety assessment of nuclear butterfly valve is made. To evaluate the safety of nuclear butterfly valve, first of all, the FMECA analysis of nuclear butterfly valve is carried out, and the FMECA report is obtained. On the basis of this, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the safety of nuclear butterfly valve and the safety score is obtained. Finally, the paper summarizes the cycle process diagram which can continuously improve the reliability and safety of nuclear butterfly valve, and then emphasizes that this cycle is valuable in the study of general products, and can continuously improve the quality and reliability of the product economically and effectively.
