堆料机来料车结构有限元分析

【摘要】:通过悬臂带式输送机堆料运行,来料车将物料抛向料场实现堆料作业。它在悬臂式堆料机中属于相对独立的一个机构,主要是由结构件构成的,其结构性能直接影响堆取料机的综合性能,因此,本文对来料车的力学性能进行研究,以便为来料车的结构改进提供依据。 本文首先介绍了来料车的主要结构,对来料车进行了选型。通过对来料车工作受力情况进行简化,绘制出力学模型,计算得出了各点受载情况。根据受载情况,在力学分析软件ANSYS中,划分网格并施加载荷,建立了来料车的有限元模型。通过对来料车进行有限元分析,得出应力与变形云图,直观地反映了各点应力值与变形量,为产品的改进提供理论依据。本论文还对来料车钢结构的稳定性进行了计算,通过计算得知其强度符合要求。最后本论文对焊接工艺进行了研究,从生产制造环节提供技术方案,保证来料车焊接结构强度。
[Abstract]:Through the stowage operation of cantilever belt conveyor, the incoming truck throws the material to the material yard to realize the stowage operation. It belongs to a relatively independent mechanism in the cantilever stacker, which is mainly composed of structural parts, and its structural properties directly affect the comprehensive performance of the heap-fetching machine. Therefore, the mechanical properties of the incoming truck are studied in this paper. In order to provide the basis for the structure improvement of the incoming vehicle. In this paper, the main structure of the incoming vehicle is introduced, and the type selection of the incoming vehicle is given. The mechanical model is drawn by simplifying the working force of the incoming truck and the loading situation of each point is calculated. According to the loading situation, the finite element model of the incoming vehicle is established in the mechanical analysis software ANSYS, which is divided into meshes and applied loads. Through the finite element analysis of the incoming truck, the stress and deformation cloud diagram is obtained, which directly reflects the stress value and the deformation amount of each point, and provides the theoretical basis for the improvement of the product. In this paper, the stability of the steel structure is calculated, and the strength of the steel structure is found to meet the requirements. In the end, the welding process is studied, and the technical scheme is provided to ensure the welding structure strength.
