基于网络的机电产品虚拟模型库与实时交互系统
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of manufacturing industry, 3D software is widely used in mechanical design, and many enterprises have developed their own parts library. With the maturity of computer network technology, CAD/CAM technology based on network will become the direction of software development in the future. The development of the Internet makes it possible to communicate and cooperate between different regions and different industries. The application of network virtual display technology frees users from simple two-dimensional browsing and scales the model files online. Moving and rotating operations, users can intuitively observe the characteristics of the product structure, obtain product information. Based on the analysis of the current situation and deficiency of the part model base and the development of the Internet, this paper puts forward a set of design ideas of the virtual model base of the general components of electromechanical products based on the network, and makes a preliminary attempt. Using 3D modeling software to build component model, in order to enhance the reality, map and render in 3Dmax software with powerful rendering function, then import Cult 3D Designer edit and set up interactive through Cult 3D Exportor plug-in. The Java code development environment of Cult3D is built, and the online interactive display model of component products is constructed. The system takes Windows XP as the platform, adopts the B / S (Browser/Server) mode based on the network, sets up the data source according to the principle of the script programming technology in the server side to access the database, and establishes the link between the web page and the database. The model base system is divided into three hierarchies: the network database layer, the logic layer and the application layer. The application layer is designed by modularization to adapt to the modularization of database connection. The Visual studio software is used to design, encode and develop the web page and Web application program of the system. The whole system integrates product search, interactive browsing, model download, online ordering and management and maintenance through the network environment. By writing the JavaScript script language, the model can be dragged and downloaded. The user can directly drag the model from the system to the assembly environment of 3D software, and set up the assembly benchmark and constraint conditions. The system realizes the functions of online interactive browsing of products under limited bandwidth, dragging and downloading of models and online ordering of products, which facilitates the use of designers and shortens the product development cycle. It also provides parts suppliers with the services to display and sell products, reducing the cost of parts sales. The system is open to individual users (mainly for mechanical designers) free of charge. Component vendors support the model base by purchasing the right of use and maintain the operation of the model base. The application of the system provides users with a new online CAD information sharing platform, which has a wide application prospect.
