基于Quest的搅拌机车间物流建模及仿真优化

【摘要】:仿真优化技术是实现传统制造向可预测制造、科学制造转变的关键技术,并且已经越来越广泛的应用到现代制造业中。尤其在一些复杂自动化车间的应用上,这个优势更为明显,它不仅很大程度上节约了生产资源,优化了生产系统布局,而且提高了生产率,增强了企业竞争力。因此,本文对车间物流系统的建模和仿真做了探讨和分析,并以搅拌机车间为例进行研究。 本文主要以法国达索公司的Quest仿真软件作为平台来研究物流系统的建模和仿真优化。模型是进行仿真优化的基础,本文首先对搅拌机虚拟车间的不同对象进行建模,,包括物理建模和逻辑建模。并且为了提高模型的逼真度和模型在Quest中运行的流畅度,对模型进行了必要的简化和处理。接着针对搅拌机车间的三维物流模型,在初始条件下进行仿真,以仿真数据为依据分析生产线中存在的瓶颈问题和不平衡等问题,结合实际数据提出新的优化方案,进行进一步的仿真优化。用Quest测试各种参数,如设施布局,资源配置和其他可替代的方案,确保在整个产品设计的过程中有一个良好的生产工艺流程,使其在实际的设计投资前,就能提供正确的导向。最终经过优化仿真得出了比较理想的方案。
[Abstract]:Simulation optimization technology is the key technology to realize the transition from traditional manufacturing to predictable manufacturing and scientific manufacturing, and has been more and more widely used in modern manufacturing. Especially in some complex automation workshop application, this advantage is more obvious, it not only saves the production resources to a great extent, optimizes the production system layout, but also enhances the productivity, enhances the enterprise competitive power. Therefore, the modeling and simulation of workshop logistics system are discussed and analyzed in this paper, and the mixer workshop is taken as an example. In this paper, the modeling and simulation optimization of logistics system is studied on the platform of Quest software of French company Dassault. The model is the foundation of simulation optimization. Firstly, different objects in the mixer virtual workshop are modeled, including physical modeling and logical modeling. In order to improve the fidelity of the model and the fluency of the model in Quest, the model is simplified and processed. Then, aiming at the three-dimensional logistics model of the mixer workshop, the simulation is carried out under the initial conditions. Based on the simulation data, the bottleneck and imbalance problems in the production line are analyzed, and a new optimization scheme is proposed based on the actual data. Further simulation optimization is carried out. Quest is used to test various parameters, such as facility layout, resource allocation and other alternative schemes, to ensure that there is a good production process in the whole product design process, so that it can provide the correct direction before the actual design investment. Finally, through the optimization simulation, a more ideal scheme is obtained.
