液压Boost变换器的驱动特性研究

【摘要】:研究液压Boost变换器驱动液压缸的双向运动特性。液压Boost变换器主要由长导管、快速开关阀和单向阀构成,由PWM信号波控制调节。通过理论和AMESim仿真分析可知:在该系统中,液压缸可以在两个方向运动,Boost变换器的输出压力要高于系统的供应压力,调节PWM信号的占空比可以控制液压缸的运动速度,并且该变换器具有节能的作用。
[Abstract]:The bidirectional motion characteristics of hydraulic cylinder driven by hydraulic Boost converter are studied. Hydraulic Boost converter is mainly composed of long conduit, fast switch valve and one way valve, and is controlled by PWM signal wave. According to the theory and AMESim simulation analysis, the output pressure of the hydraulic cylinder can move in two directions is higher than the supply pressure of the system, and the speed of the hydraulic cylinder can be controlled by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM signal. And the converter has the function of saving energy.
